Exceptional and Fast support

I had an issue with my account being suspended, and I reached out to Ask BMD through Twitter for help. Cathy and Mike were absolutely amazing!! I sent them a message, and they responded quickly, working to help me restore my login. Their promptness made a stressful situation much easier.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! This is the worst experience ever that I have experienced in my life I needed this refund to get my son his laptop and I kept getting the runaround about submitting documents under my son. So, I submit documents under my son. Thinking, okay, all of the documents need to be under his name, NO. I needed to submit the documents under me, I guess. I don't even know I'm still confused because they are confused. Now, my son will not have a laptop for another 2 weeks!!! My son needs me and for once, I can't help him. I am working 2 jobs, but it is not enough money. I feel helpless and this company WAISTED my time. I am making a complaint and advocating for parents to receive their students refund monies another way because this is ridiculous I'm not taking no for an answer.

Hello. BMTX, like all banks in the USA, are required to obtain valid, unexpired ID in order to open a bank account. If your son cannot supply this ID, then he has other choices on how to receive his refund. We have contacted you directly should you have further questions. Thank you. Mike

I’ve been on the phone with Mike from customer service management

I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for Mike’s outstanding assistance in resolving the issues with my account. After a frustrating period of repeated processes and prolonged delays, Mike’s help has finally brought everything to a successful resolution. He not only addressed my login issues but also ensured that my refund preference and fund transfers were correctly updated.

Mike’s professionalism and patience throughout this process were greatly appreciated, especially given the stress this situation had caused. Thanks to his help, I can now focus on my education without further setbacks. I am grateful for the support, and if any further issues arise, I won’t hesitate to reach out.

Amazing Experience

My experience was amazing! I was worried and had an issue so I went to contact support and Sary was extremely lovely and reassured my issue was going to be alright! Never had problems with BankMobile ever :) best company ever to be with as a college student

This bankmobile wrost ever

This bankmobile wrost ever. Worst customer service. They can't even resolved my issues. I received card and my refund got deposit. Couldn't access this card at all. Yes money was in account but I couldn't access it. Call customer service 5 times and there answer was you got wait you got wait. I wait for month just to get refund wow. This is worst bank to open account with. I suggest student not to use this bankmobile. They not helpful at all.

Twitter Team did their thing!

I started trying to regain access to my Vibe account at the beginning of August. There were countless emails & phone calls but no one could seem to help nor understand my ask. Today, I decided to try reaching out via Twitter and OMG! Finally, I have access to my account! Yes, I’ve seen the many horror stories about the horrible customer service received from their reps, however, I’m super glad that my horror story turned out more than okay. Mike on Twitter

I reached out to Mike on the @AskBMD twitter and my situation was solved. There was very little waiting, and almost zero misunderstanding. I got what I needed and Mike was very professional. It is quite wild that resources like Mike are hidden behind a Twitter page. Please give them a raise.

The person who assisted me

The person who assisted me, I believe Sary was her/his name was very professional and kind enough to explain to me every step because I was having a hard time understanding the system. He/she (I’m so sorry, I am not sure if sary is a man or woman) was very patient and walked me through it. Thanks sary!
