Awful Onboarding
The onboarding process was a cluster. Ended up unable to transfer funds in to my new accounts to add to the initial deposits. Bank5 Connect kept coming up with new roadblocks simply because I'm one of 300 million Americans whose data have been leaked. While the issues were finally solved, all I can is one more screw up by Bank5 Connect and I'm closing my accounts. I wouldn't recommend this bank to a friend or even an enemy.
