Sparrow, my booking rep, was extremely patient & helpful. Guided me step by step. Very understanding with my questions. I got an awesome price, I processed my own payment, so no need to give out my CC info. I emailed him 2 hours after tickets were booked as I had a question, & he responded immediately, & again guided me through the website for the airline to find what I was looking for.
