I had to give 1 star to write this review… package never arrived and ignored by Apparel Bus
I had to give 1 star to write this review, am I a disgruntled buyer - most certainly - here are the particulars
I got a "no reply at all" when I sent Apparel Bus messages 3 times (I am not going to beg) that my shirt order of x4 shirts never arrived, Apparel Bus totally ignored my emails and didn't even give me the courtesy of a reply. I will NEVER do business with them again, period.......

additionally - I found a unhappy customer on Facebook and commented my experience and the Apparel Bus CSR lied saying I was never a customer and hey do not know why I left a negative comment - Boooo Hoooo
I berated the representative and was asked to send my information (after being ignored for 6 months ??? OMG), I of course sent it to them, and they have yet to respond (3 days ago, 2 full work days they had to reply), Hmmmm................
- I went back and checked the USPS tracking number and have a screenshot I cannot attach here - it says Apparel Bus created a label and never sent the package - I sent this 2 days ago to Apparel Bus - no correspondence and no refund $119.49 has been issued to date
search their name on Tik-Toc, Facebook, and other social media and you will find a plethora of unhappy customers, on the level of a scam company
