Since I did not count the batch of 300…

Since I did not count the batch of 300 hats, I realized that I was short 25 hats. Due to the fact that this mistake would cost me $260, I was stressed. Since the purchase began, it seemed as if too much time had passed. However, I was able to contact Jason and he provided me with excellent service. Upon receiving the 25 hats, I was given the option of receiving a refund or receiving another shipment of 25 hats.

I had to give 1 star to write this review… package never arrived and ignored by Apparel Bus

I had to give 1 star to write this review, am I a disgruntled buyer - most certainly - here are the particulars

I got a "no reply at all" when I sent Apparel Bus messages 3 times (I am not going to beg) that my shirt order of x4 shirts never arrived, Apparel Bus totally ignored my emails and didn't even give me the courtesy of a reply. I will NEVER do business with them again, period.......

additionally - I found a unhappy customer on Facebook and commented my experience and the Apparel Bus CSR lied saying I was never a customer and hey do not know why I left a negative comment - Boooo Hoooo

I berated the representative and was asked to send my information (after being ignored for 6 months ??? OMG), I of course sent it to them, and they have yet to respond (3 days ago, 2 full work days they had to reply), Hmmmm................

- I went back and checked the USPS tracking number and have a screenshot I cannot attach here - it says Apparel Bus created a label and never sent the package - I sent this 2 days ago to Apparel Bus - no correspondence and no refund $119.49 has been issued to date

search their name on Tik-Toc, Facebook, and other social media and you will find a plethora of unhappy customers, on the level of a scam company

Jason was extremely helpful

Jason was extremely helpful, as a matter of fact this the second year that I’ve placed a large order with him! Not only is Jason helpful, but also professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented! Jason has earned my business and hopefully he can do the same for you! Highly recommend….

Jason is the best

Jason has been our one and only fabulous experience with apparel bus for a very very long time. He is wonderful to deal with he is honest and very very helpful. Even when something goes wrong he will make it right. What a wonderful person he is and what a wonderful company.

I luv the 3/4 women's white shirts

I luv the 3/4 women's white shirts, I wear a 42D so I ordered the 2X, it was perfect and still have room and not tight but comfortable. The best part they were very affordable but the quality of the shirt feel and looks nice. Thank you so much for making it affordable for me and others who needs uniform shirts for work, in my case for front desk Security position, God bless your company

SCAM

SCAM! It's been weeks and no package. Customer service has been non-existent. Email and called but no refund or response. Basically took my money and ran.

UPDATE: It is now Sept and still no response or refund. Last text from them was from Aug 6th and 8th asking if I wanted a replacement or refund and I replied back 5 times since then telling them that I want a refund but still NOTHING. Not even a text response now. At this point they are obviously ignoring my inquiries...

Best prices and Best quality

Apparelbus is our go to for all of our T-shirt needs for our printing business. We’ve purchased various brands of T-shirts/ hoodies and Crewneck sweatshirts. All have been top quality- best prices along with fast shipping.

Compassionate Customer Service

This was my 1st time ordering with Apparel Bus and after ordering needed to adjust some sizes. Jason helped me navigate my return and place a new order seamlessly and after getting a resolution to questions I had, he even called me back to personally provide me with those answers unlike many businesses that just send you an email or don’t call you back at all.
