I found the product online, it shipped and arrived in a few days. I’m very happy with the product quality and price. Specially I like the size of the Hepa filters and UV lights. The digital panel with the count of airborne particles is most helpful as well. This is a vastly superior product relative to larger competitors such as Dyson, of which I previously owned several products.

I appreciated the chance to get a new air cleaner at a deep discount when my previous one could not be repaired. Communication was a tad slow, but once resolved it arrived quickly. Great product.

Had to upsize for my home and they made it so easy. I was able to call and talk to someone right away and get the best size air filter ordered and shipped out that day. Definitely recommend this company!

Customer service is exemplary. A situation came up and I wasn’t going to purchase, but they accommodated and we reached a compromise. Most companies would not do this.

I was sold on Air Oasis air purifiers by my wellness NP and online research. We have a problem with mold and I was anxious to get these units on order. Unfortunately no one at Air Oasis could take my order until the labor day sale was over. The labor day sale offered 25% off on the large and pro units. So I had to wait until the labor day sale was over to take advantage of the 30% volume discount. I ordered almost $4,000 of air purifiers. And no, a few days didn't make or break me and Air Oasis still got my order.. however it just didn't make alot of sense to me. Can't wait to get them in and working. Based on all the info, I am sure they will be worth the wait.

They ship quickly and the products work. We are in the process of remediation on a 100 year old home that has had a 40 year history of water leaks. The ion tower and I Adapt Air has allowed my family to heal from mold illness while remaining in the house.

I got my purifier and the lid will not clip which means the purifier won’t turn on unless I put something heavy on it to keep the lid on.
I called the company and I will say customer service is great. She was very nice and sent replacement clips. My issue is it seems to be a known issue so why send me a unit that is not operable due to the issue in the first place? I got the clips but have no idea how to change them so I called customer service again.. again very nice and she is sending me a video to help me do it. Once again I don’t think I should have to deal with this after spending $300 on this unit. I hesitated due to the price and now it question the quality. I got this for my daughter’s house she’s moving into this weekend. Between painting, cleaning and moving it’s just not something we have time for.. fixing something we bought new! Just very frustrating. Only redeeming quality is the great customer service so far.

Update after reading company response. The clips were not damaged in shipping. It just simply would not latch. Neither clip would latch. Once I replaced the clips it latched fine. Customer service made it seem like it was a common issue. I love the purifier but really did not have time this week to wait on parts and repair the brand new unit. I think I should have been sent a new one that was in working order.
