I recently purchased a Salamander AV…

I recently purchased a Salamander AV Cabinet at the online store and everything went smoothly. Just took delivery of the item and it's fantastic. Shout out to Ira who assisted me with the transaction. Highly recommend World Wide Stereo to anyone looking for A/V gear.

Amazing customer service.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color of the streamer I wanted. Customer service remedied this within minutes for me. Two days later the correct item arrived. Some of the fastest service and shipping I’ve ever seen. This will be my go-to stereo shop now!

Excellent customer service!

I contacted World Wide Stereo's chat with some questions regarding selling a collection of 78RPM records I inherited. I was encouraged to call (!) to discuss. I spoke with Ira, who was knowledgeable, thorough and generous with his expertise. I would not hesitate to do business with this company in the future and highly recommend their excellent customer service!

Top of the line service and products!

I purchased a receiver and turntable that totally met my needs and budget. The guidance and service that I received from Ross was spot on and very professional. The time that Ross spent with me is most appreciated. You can tell that he loves his job working at World Wide Stereo. If you need ANY type of audio equipment I highly recommend that buy the equipment at World Wide Stereo. You will not be disappointed!

Great prices, faster shipping than Amazon

Great prices, super fast shipping. I was looking for a turntable and WWS had a great selection. Price was correct and shipping was fast (2 days). It is always nice to see smaller companies being competitive.

TEAC AD- 850 Product was received in a timely manner…

Product was received in a timely manner and the box was intact. I’ve tested it with both pre-recorded and self recorded cassettes, some which have not been played in 20 to 30 years with no issues. The cd unit has performed flawlessly. Very satisfied with purchase.

Good customer service

Good customer service. 1st, spent a long time on the phone explaining the difference between products, so I will buy what I need. Then, I bought a streamer. Unfortunately, it had issues and they replaced the device with a new one that also had issues:( then, they still agreed to take it back. Conclusion, when you call - ask for Ira, Product Specialist.

Great price and fast shipping

Great price and fast shipping. The products were as described on the website and arrived on time. The only minor complaint was that the 4KUHD Blu-ray Disc player manufacturer's box was placed in a larger shipping box without enough packing material to prevent the Blu-ray box from sliding around. The manufacturer's box was slightly dented, but the player itself seems OK. This was my first time shopping with WWS and I will certainly check them again for my future needs.

Buyers beware!!

Buyers beware!!! Don't risk a purchase from Worldwide Stereo Online for a discount! I didn't know this company, just found them online. I was looking for a sale on this stereo equipment and I got HAD!

Bought my husband an $1800. Juke wireless receiver for Father's Day. He opened the gift bag and said "I already have a great wireless receiver!" He never even touched it! So, I emailed the company and got a return address label. I got notified the return was received, but weeks later no refund. I email my contact person at Worldwide Stereo and now I get an email saying they can't issue a refund because "the warehouse has identified an issue...the serial number on the Juke doesn't match the serial number on the box." The item was untouched and returned 100% intact in the exact interior and exterior shipping boxes we received it in. IF, there was issue with their serial numbers and packaging, it was their doing, not ours!

This is absolutely the most BOGUS experience and interaction I've ever had with a retailer. I have spent so much time and effort dealing with this purchase! I've tried calling and just keep getting sent to voicemail.

DO NOT TRUST WORLDWIDE STEREO ONLINE!

We confirmed this with the manufacturer, Juke Audio, who verified that the serial number on the returned unit corresponds to a purchase made from a different dealer in New York.

We reached out to you to review the situation and see if we could swap the units if that was what had mistakenly happened in this case. Sometimes our customers do send back the wrong units so we always provide them with the opportunity to make the switch.
