I did not had any situation yet to…

I did not had any situation yet to claim the insurance. Hopefully it stays so. So after claiming the insurance we will get to know how smooth it was.
But applying for the insurance and the initial steps till getting the card is easy to be really honest.

Value for money and a must have

I bought two policies few months ago for short travel. Had a problem with the portal. Then customer service assisted me to cancel it and get the refund. It was highly appreciated. Then I decided to buy an annul travel policy for my entire family. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend the same for others.

I would highly recommend

I've been buying travel insurance for almost 20 years, and for that last few years, I have found Worldtrips to have the best overall prices and coverages. This year I had to use it for the first time during a trip to the Dominican Republic. Worldtrips made it relatively easy to submit a claim and within 10 days I had my reimbursement. I would recommend.

Comprehensive benefits priced right

They offer a comprehensive collection of benefits at affordable rates. And, the website is extremely easy to use. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Easy enrollment process

Easy enrollment process. I've used them for three different trips so far and have had a great experience each time. The insurance is comprehensive and very affordable. Would recommend them to anyone who needs insurance while traveling.

Trustable insurance company!

My mom had an emergency eye surgery and the entire fees were covered. It is a very trustable insurance company and we have always a piece of mind thinking WorldTrips is there every time we travel!

All I’ve done is signed up for the…

All I’ve done is signed up for the insurance. I do have a question: the format of the application allows input for only a primary country visiting. I’ll be traveling to five countries- are they covered by the insurance ((Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, and Austria)?

Sad, and pathetic company.

Well, how long am I supposed to wait? I submitted a claim over 3 weeks ago.
There's zero communication or information. I literally don't know, if they accepted the claim, or if it's being reviewed, just nothing.

I'm very dissatisfied with this insurance company. Horrible experience.

My first and last time buying a policy with this company.

Also, read the other reviews. I'm not the only one having issues with them.


Just horribleeeeeeeee!

You didn't do what you promised.

My son was almost hit by a car while riding a bicycle, but the car swerved and my son hit the car. The police and ambulance came and were going to take my son to the hospital. But after loading him in the ambulance, my son suddenly said he was fine and didn't need to go to the hospital.
We had liability insurance and so we called you and you explained that we should go ahead and pay the damage on the vehicle, which was about $750. We sent you receipts, police reports, everything you asked for, but then you said you weren't going to pay. I travel all over the world and bring people with me all the time.
I would appreciate you doing the right thing, the very thing I've paid you for, and follow through with what you said you were going to do, and reimburse us like you said you were going to. If not, how can you honorably continue to sell insurance. Please make it right. My number is 817-501-8941.

The last executive I contacted was…It was a lady.

The last executive I contacted was uncaring & indifferent with my situation, I asked her for a dermatologist and send me a long list of Family Drs. I still can’t find a provider.

BAD experience to help me find a Dr, the first one said was eczema but people said is a severe poison ivy

Everything went well, though would appreciate a reminder!

I enjoy the coverage provided by WorldTrips and often use it for travel insurance. But 4 stars as the reminders that typically come a few days before the policy expires (to provide the option of fuss-free extension) are not sent anymore though they have been very useful in the past.

Haven't received any reimbursement so far. Response is too slow taking too long. No one to speak to besides the website. I got an email that asks things i have already submitted but has a notice do not reply to this address

WorldTrips was great.

When we booked the trip and took out the insurance it was for 6 months, but something didn't go right on our end and we had to cancel. I cancelled the insurance with WorldTrips and was surprised how easy it was to do that, and within 2 days we had the money back for unused days. I would use WorldTrips again if the need comes up again.
