Zero star

If i could, I give them zero star! Unprofessional and rude staff,dictatorship attitude, horrible coustumer service, and many delays and many many lies. I ask why they are always late and why is every time an Issue with this company and they get upset..answering me they don't like my attitude...Seriously? Do they aspect US as customers to be happy and smile after all this delays??!What a joke! Stay away from wizzair!! Zero star and never again with them

We had such a bad experience while…

We had such a bad experience while travelling from Wizzair from Madinah to Abudhabi
The airline lost our baggage and they are sooo pathetic and ridiculous that after admitting their mistake
They are asking us to provide them the receipts of the shopping we have done there and they will provide 50% compensation of the items
Who can anticipate that the airline will lost the baggage and will gather all the receipts to provide them later..
Truly pathetic
Highly frustrated and enraged by this act of the airline

Do not fly with them - you have been warned. No sympathy when it goes wrong if so.

Do not fly with them- terrible, terrible airline. Just save up and pay more for a proper airline.

Flight delayed going out by 2 hours meaning I had to rearrange car hire to the following day and then on return - told flight is cancelled whilst at the airport (an hour before departure time) and rearranged to the following day. It took hours to arrange an overnight stay for us and we still had to pay for travel to and from the hotel they arranged and will have to claim back the costs which will no doubt be an awful experience too. Now to top it all off the rescheduled flight has now been delayed by another 2 hours and I have no coincidence it will even depart then. Useless.

Got at the airport and found out that…

Got at the airport and found out that flight is cancelled ! Had to take a uber to Amsterdam that cost around 300 euro and book a flight that cost around 1000
Then I asked for a refund and they told me that I get no refund!!

Scammers

Scammers. They charged me 96 euros for checking in at the airport in order to board my flight.

This was for simply checking in, flight was purchased, including reserved seats.

50% chance of delay

So out of 4 flights, 2 had two hours delay…. Same outbound flight so it makes me conclude that the return flight from Cairo- Rome will always be 2 hours late…
I guess this is what one gets flying “cheap” …. Never again

I recently traveled to Istanbul for shopping and leisure, choosing Wizz Air due to its budget-friendly reputation. However, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and stressful.

After returning from my trip, my shopping bag, which contained valuable and sentimental items, did not arrive with the rest of my luggage. I waited over two hours at the luggage collection area in London, causing me to miss my arranged transport back to Wales. When I approached the Wizz Air customer information desk for help, I was met with indifference. I was told to email the airline and wait 24 hours. When I inquired about tracking my baggage or getting a timeline, I was bluntly told, "It's not my department," and there was no one else available to assist.

The fact that an "information desk" offered no helpful information, no reassurance, and no sense of responsibility was beyond frustrating. I felt abandoned by Wizz Air, with no idea if I would need to return to London to retrieve my bag or if it would be delivered. The mental toll of this uncertainty and stress has been significant.

I have sent an email as instructed but, quite frankly, I cannot make another trip to London just to get my shopping bag back. Wizz Air’s handling of this situation has been deeply disappointing, and I feel completely let down by the lack of support and communication regarding my lost luggage.

I expected more from an airline, especially when it comes to something as essential as baggage handling and customer service.

Feels like a scam airline!

Changed my flight time. Gave pitiful baggage allowance. Charged £300+ to add hold luggage (should have been a cabin bag, but their weight bands are completely different to all other airlines' normal amounts). Increased the price by a further £35 after Booking.com (broker) had taken payment for this extra baggage - not Booking's fault but feels extremely scammy of Wizz to increase prices in the space of 30 seconds.

I wish I'd checked reviews before booking with them - we've not been on the flight yet but I'm certain there will be further complications! Would already have been worth paying more with another airline!

Could not check-in online as usual…

Could not check-in online as usual yesterday for Rome - London with 4 teenagers and hand luggage only - kept going round in circles with booking ref and Varification codes from whizz air app and manage your booking link on email. eventually had to arrive at airport without boarding passes which was stressful. Then long lines of people waiting so went to front asking for boarding passes - being told I had to pay despite the impossibility of getting them online. My objection and insistence resulted in a message to go some other place as apparently their system showed I had not tried to book in online. Only when I showed them proof ie screenshots taken throughout the process carried out 20 time with no success 5 hrs prior did she give me boarding passes. Speaking to others who had same issue but no evidence were made to pay ! Unreal scam !!! Do staff get commission at check in desk I wonder!!!

Don't a deserve single star . Bad management, night before the flight they changed it over to some doughnuts called privelage airlines who are even worse . Delayed for hours sat on the plane with virtually no information unless asked , and even then it's" we don't know we don't have any information " . Appalling all round

Wrong account

I had booked a flight from Warsaw to Seville. When I checked in online I found it impossible to use the app, so I had to pay an extra 60€ to do so at the airport. The problem was that I was assigned an account on their website belonging to someone else. Of course, none of my details matched and the app was impossible to manage. What an efficient way to force people to pay more money for a booking!

Honestly there are worse “cheap…

Honestly there are worse “cheap companies” however i paid 6£ for a sandwich and it was COMPLETELY FROZEN
I am not saying cold, literally frozen…
Never seen anything like this, please improve the service

I had to cancel my flight due to…

I had to cancel my flight due to emergency hours before, they mentioned they will refund me about half of the money but IT IS GONE! Stole all the money, also they canceled my insurance I did last month after I simply asked a question on mail, they assumed I don’t want the insurance anymore and now i understand why. Completely scammers. I am a medical student abroad and I fly often. I will NEVER fly with this company again.

It must be a scam!

It must be a scam!

They lost our suitcase a month ago - yet they state that the suitcase isn’t lost to prevent/delay compensation. This is also halting my ability to claim on insurance. The customer service isn’t existent and we get no reply. People on the phone (after paying £1.44 per minute) besides the scrip share no insight or advice. They do not know what process is to follow for customers whose suitcase has been lost and keep on referring to the 30 days timeframe to answer - failing to understand that legally it’s the 21 days that matter and that trigger compensation. Really appalling.

Worst air line ever and they charge you…

Worst air line ever and they charge you 41£/person in the airport if you didn’t check in online on a low budget bad flight.
Flight was delayed for 3 hours when we were inside the plane and they didn’t even offer a free drink as a compensation for all the extra time we had to stay on the plane

Scamming customers

Scamming customers.
Use 0330 977 0444 to avoid pay per minute
Complete Joke, booked a return flight for 5 people, as part of booking Whizz Air offered Discount Club membership which offered overall discount on flights. I accepted this, Whizz Air then a few days later Whizz Air cancelled my return flight and offered unacceptable replacement. Alternatives included vouchers or FULL refund, after spending a long time find a non charge per minute phone to claim my refund back to card I was told I would get the full amount, she read the full value back to me £728.00. After 14 days I received only £666 back after another run around trying to avoid pay per minute calls I was eventually told the Club membership is non refundable. Even though they cancelled my flight forcing me to cancel the entire booking. Go else where this company is untrustworthy, will put as many blocks as possible to avoid providing any customer service without making you pay for every minute. Even my booking was deleted from their APP, including cancelled bookings, refunds applied for etc, complete refusal by Whizzair to confirm anything in writing.

Bad flight crew

We flew with wizzair on Friday. I was with my parents, siblings and my babies. One of my kids is 1 and the other is 2 years old. Obviously travelling with kids means having a lot of extras! When the plane had landed at our destination. We waited a little until the plane was at a reasonable state to get off cause trying to get off when everyone is also trying to get off was a bit stressful with the kids. The cabin crew were so rude to us! They kept rushing us and l apologised and said l have kids and it was hard for me to grab everything at once. They weren’t understanding how the pressure that they were putting us through. They weren’t friendly at all either. It was just a bad experience, I even told them because you don’t have kids you don’t understand it that’s why you being so rude!
