I ordered golden bamboo last May. I've waited until August to make a review because I wanted to see how the plant was doing. It has done wonderfully well: it's leafed out, looks healthy and green and recently began putting out 6-7 new shoots. Plant is happy and I am too!

Bought 3 raspberry plants - one was barely alive, 2 were dead DOA. Wouldnt refund my money, gave me a store credit, now expect me to pay current prices and shipping to replace them.

GO ELSEWHERE

They had no replacements available so I was given a store credit (after waiting months for them to grow at their direction) Too late for me to contest thru my credit card company - on purpose by Willis I am sure. If I use the credit, I am expected to pay freight which is more than the plants are worth. Bunch of crooks

I ordered my North Star Cherry Tree in Fall of 2023 for delivery in March 2024. It arrived perfectly packaged and right on time. I planted it according to Willis' directions and it even produced a few cherries this first year. I have painted the base with white latex paint to deter borers and it seems very happy. In April 13 I ordered 4 ft Giant Fuyu tree. Received on April 18, it came in a cardboard box and the root section was wrapped with plastic bag filled with ice. I didn't see any small roots. The tree looked like a stick double ended fork on one side. I planted on April 19 and watered it according to site recommendations. End of May-still no signs of life but I am still watering it. Somewhere I June the first leaves showed and later few branches sprung up. Don't get quickly disappointed!

Ordered 500 bucks worth of trees one of the pecans arrived with basically no roots compared to all the other trees all of the roots were sparse and trimed off excessively. I planted it anyway water it more so than all the other trees tried to take extra care. all the other trees did ok but this one they cut to much root and did not leave enough for it to live, but it just was not viable it got about 6 tiny leaves and then they withered and died. So I called and explained i spoke with "Angel" first then she transferred me to a rude guy who talked over me and let me know in the agreement when purchasing i agreed to allow them to keep my money and treat me poorly. I do not recommend Willis, find a better place to buy your trees. I will be replacing the tree with Stark Bros Nursery, I hope to have better luck this time finger crossed.

I am not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical seeing as how the tree was getting shipped basically across the entire country and where I live it’s 110 outside already. The tree was in amazing condition and it’s thriving even in the heat I mentioned. I would definitely recommend them and will return for a future purchase. Thank you so much!

Awesome healthy blueberry plants!

We bought 13 blueberry cuttings, 2-3' in size - they arrived pretty quickly and were packed extremely professionally with all of the plants tied together in a narrow heavy cardboard box & the root ball wrapped in plastic with moisture gel keeping the roots wet. Each plant was individually labelled so we could tell the varieties apart. The plants were in way better shape than I expected and had extensive healthy root systems, berries had already formed on almost every plant, and they'd barely lost any leaves in transit. It's been a couple weeks since I potted them and they look great. I'm already looking forward to buying more plants from here next season.

We ordered ten bare root, thornless raspberry canes and received eleven. Seven of them have successfully put out leaves (I call that a great ratio) and even a couple of blooms. Several other big name nurseries always sent canes with thorns. I will do business with Willis Orchard again.

They have the kind of plants I was looking for but no local nursery carried them. The cost was better than I expected. I requested the plants be shipped in march and they arrived march sixteenth. Plenty of time to get them acclamated before the summer hit.
The plants took between six and eight weeks before they started to show Foliage. That was a little surprising. I expected within a month to see foliage. Might consider putting a notice to that effect on the plant instructions.
All the plants look really healthy now after 3 months!!

Delivery of the items ordered was perfectly on time. There was some difficult with one of the plants that appear to be dying, however thank for the helping direction via email, the plant recovered and started new growth. It help me learn a bit about plants, that sometimes you have to be patient and give them time, mother nature is amazing!!!

Shipping was on time and my trees arrived alive. Several did not make it 3 months into their transplanting which is why my score was not 100%. I feel pawpaw seedlings should be a bit larger to maybe help with their success. I have purchased 8 pawpaws, 2 different growing seasons and have only had 1 survive.

Packaging was top notch and delivered a ready to go tree. Communication post ordering and answering some questions was first class. Can't wait to figure out rest of my yard space to add several trees from Willis.

I found the products online and was able to reach them by phone before my purchase. The trees appear to be a high quality product. Shipping and tree size were just as described. We transplanted them soon after they arrived, and they seem to be alive and well so far. I have been thinking about buying more from this place, and would recommend them to anyone else as well.

These trees were delivered at the optimal time (late December) for healthy spring growth. I had a question about one not putting leaves on, and their exceptional customer service representative told me exactly what to do to help it. One week later the leaves were starting to show, and one month later it looks just like the other one. Friendly, knowledgeable and so polite!! I'll be ordering more this fall!!

Very happy with tree quality, balance , pruning. Shipped very early for our winter I put in ground right away but concerned pulled them next day and put in large wet basement before replanting iver a month later; happily no casualties , perfect spring here (lotsa rain)

Phenomenal packing, even with fedex crushing my box and delaying my shipment the plants arrived in mostly good shape. The plants went through a bit of transplant shock and when asked about it they backed up their guarantee about standing behind their plants. I will be ordering again through Willis.

I ordered three Kiwi plants last late fall: 1) They came at the right time this spring. 2) They are in excellent condition with good root balls in good soil. 3) They were packed very well - good protection for the journey. I planted them the next day and 4) They are doing well - already shoots working up the stakes to the trellis i still need to make. What more could one want; i'd mention any issues, as the Willis mailing encouraged me to do, but i don't have any.

We bought a persimmon tree several years ago, it was wonderful and fruitful.
Unfortunately it didn’t survive Nashville cold weather.
I ordered two more and one more resistant to colder weather from different nursery, I realized Willis O., are most honest and professional.

Great communication and cooperation from staff. The product (bamboo) arrived promptly, the root ball packed with ice. I got it in the ground within 48 hours and rain has kept it naturally watered. A week later, it looks like it's still catching its breath. Bamboo is very hardy, so I'm not worried.
