I love William Henry products, I have made multiple purchases, ranging from knives, to money clips, to cuff links. This particular money clip is high quality and craftsmanship (as always), and is number 20 of 50 in the boneyard money clip collection. However, the one I received was blueish-gray in color, while the one on the website was white/ivory in color (resembling actual mammoth bone). There was nothing on the website stating they ranged in color, so it wasn’t necessarily what I anticipated receiving. Again, high quality product, just not what I imagined receiving.

Necklace arrived on time. Correct length as recommended. Have purchased a number of pocket knives over the years. Had one of Matt’s automatic knives… that I lost weed eating! A special run 20 years ago.

Unfortunately, we returned the ring for a different cut of the dinasour. Bill was more than helpful by explaining why some colors are different than pictured. He also sent pics of the colors they had and shipped out the new ring immediately. Workmanship of the ring is stunning.

William Henry (hereafter WH) is a phenomenal company that offers superb products and customer service that is the finest of any large or small company of which I'm a customer.

I purchased a circa $4,000 meteorite knife only it had a microscopic defect that bothered me. WH, specifically Customer Service Chief Bill Matthews, went through the trouble of searching remaining knives and sent me, within 2 days, a perfect replacement. THIS is the rare kind of service that sets the standard for customer service in the retail industry.

FYI, I am slightly biased as I own 6 WH knives (most purchased from authorized dealers), a gorgeous WH Labradorite bracelet, and a luscious wood & glass WH knife display case.

Though disappointed I had to return my meteorite watch (it was beautiful but ultimately did not fit my 8.25 inch wrist), the customer service was second to none. Bill worked with me from start to finish, always striving to make me happy! Will shop here again (have purchased two different pens in the past - charoite and wooly mammoth tooth - both awesome btw!).

I received the Caribe 9 pen, and it is a work of art that I will guard with my life!

The craftsmanship of this pen is unlike any other I've owned, and it writes super smooth. The materials and weight are perfectly balanced. There are not enough adjectives to describe how perfect this beautiful writing instrument really is!

I received this pen as a gift from a work colleague and will cherish using it the future. I can honestly say, if you wanted to send a gift to a pen enthusiast, this certainly is an excellent choice!

I purchased a dinosaur bone bracelet. I was really careful about measuring my wrist to make sure I ordered the correct size. I ended up ordering the "Large" size, my wrist measures 7.25 inches. My wrist size happened to be right on the edge of both Medium and Large. I recommend that you go with the Medium in that case, because I ended up sending mine back to be resized. The returns department is super-efficient, and I received my bracelet back quickly. Also, I would like to note that when you initially purchase your item, it is shipped really fast. You get it within a few days.
