I had an easy and fairly straight forward time giving them the information of my vehicle and getting it scheduled for pick up.
It took about five days from when i first called to when the tow truck arrived so keep that in mind when calling them that it can take a few days for things to move through.
I'm thankful i could finally get rid of my vehicle that had been sitting for years neglected in my backyard taking up space.

Get paid much less than agreed earlier. They said one part is new, not original, so the car worth less. Could not understand. But had no time to contact some other buyers as the car was blocking the driveway.

I was put in touch with the company, within 10 mins he offered me a very nice settlement for my 2017 KIA that no longer was running. Very professional, matched a quote from another vendor. Kept in constant touch with updates until the transaction was finished. They only dissatisfied part was the delay in the time of pick up which made us wait most of the day. The driver apologized and was very nice and professional.
