Transfers are fine, but I have been promised for many months that loyalty points or incentives were coming.
There should be a smooth transition from one incentive to another. Instead, nothing is occurring. Please advise.

Western Union has been allowing me to transfer money to India the day I initiate it lately. But many times before, it has taken more than a week to get there. If they regularly delivered the day of initiation, I would certainly give a 5 star rating.

I recently downloaded the Western Union APP because our daughter lives in a town quite some distance from us. She often asks us to help her financially. So she called.She didn't have the money for food or gas. Thank God for Western Union. Within minutes, I had money sent to her. She simply went to the Western Union Station, showed her government ID, told them the tracking number (which I got when I submitted the order), & out the door she went.

I started trusting this company for more than an year now. When I sent money for some urgent purposes, I must received that money, mostly on the same day.
I really appreciated that.
One small thing to improve is the following:
Any time the money sending will not reach the payee, or cancel in any reason, please let the sender know asap.

The money was delivered on time and easily accessible to the receiver, which I really appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed using this service and plan to use it again. However, I’m a bit confused about why my last transfer was sent for review. It didn’t affect the process, but more clarity would be helpful

I rely on Western Union to send funds to countries like Malawi and the DRC to support people I know in their activities. For some reason, WU decided to review my Malawi transactions and held them up for three days or canceled them, claiming it was the end provider.
The good news is that I called and spoke to a live agent, who directed me to the wu.gcr site to request a review of my account. I provided the requested information and my account was re-instated. So far one smooth transfer completed.

Experiencing great on the services serve since then, however sometimes we find difficulty on sending money coz of the new policy implemented. We understand the management is after on safeguarding our money sent yet to those who dont have any bank account will resort sending it to other money services that doesn’t need bank account. My concern that this WU money policy be flexible. Yet overall services rendered to us clients are realy great and are safe and our transaction is well protected.

price too high for Cambodia why is it 10% or more to send small amounts? When to Thailand only $2.99 for $50 this is using debit card,,, CC is higher Otherwise the process is good for helping people out

How can you expect me to give a good rating as when I started to trasfer money, it was free of cost and now it increased to $5? Shame on you, for using our hard earned salary even after you have your big cut from Google rate as you earn by giving lower rate to us plus now charging us a transfer fee which was free of cost just a year back..

well i have use the app and it doesn't allow a customer
unlimited amount on what you can send. Previous times before it doesn't allow you to send what you want. I had to go to western agency to send. The company of the app need to improve on this so customer can feel useful of the app online. I was dis- pleased with the fact I'm limited to how much i can send online.

WU always works great. The banking laws in Egypt are a pain, because they are always changing, which can delay the delivery of the transfer.

My transfers are done accurately and with speed. Since I live in Africa and my bank is in USA, I find Western Union the easiest way to access my bank account and gift the people I support. We use mpesa in Kenya. Thanks for making my life easier.

So of the different money transfer companies Western Union is great if you need to send cash, but if you are doing a bank transfer Western Union is very slow usually taking 7-10 days when including weekends. Other companies will do a bank transfer with the same rates in a few minutes.
