I kept seeing West&Willow ads on my Facebook.. after losing our beloved 15 year old ShihTzu last year, I decided to get her photo printed. It is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like her!! Well Worth the money!

The quality of portrait was very good. We think the portrait looks more like a chocolate lab and not a German shorthair pointer. Our dog’s expression was captured just not his markings or true likeness.

I have ordered 3 portraits from West & Willow. The first was amazing! The second order of two were not as I expected. However, after contacting them about my dissatisfaction, they worked with me and let me review the reproduction before resending the order. I was very pleased with the portraits the second time around. It was great experience! No Hassle! Great service! Thank you.

I ordered a blanket and paid for express printing 10 days ago. Why send me a survey before I received the present? I am very excited to get it soon, but I haven’t yet. I also have not received a single update on the order, which has me a bit worried. Would love to know what the status is, and I would be happy to retake the survey once I get the blanket!

These turned out even better than expected!! We lost both of our fur babies at 16 years old. We now have 3 dogs & 2 cats, I'm gunna have to have their pic done too. Great communication with the company as well.

My daughter asked for a picture of her dog (my granddog) as he passed 2 years ago for her birthday. She provided the website. I found the site to be easy to peruse and order the picture. The product exceeded expectation!! I will be ordering a picture of my other daughters dogs for her birthday in October!

Absolutely stunning portraits! I ordered one each for my pet dog and cat, and the artist beautifully captured the essence of their faces in each portrait. This was a gift for a family member who lost her dog (bestfriend) to a car accident. It was a surprise and she absolutely loved it! It was a perfect painting of her dog and while so simple, the elegant design of the frame and painting, it fits right on the wall as a true work of art! Great job West & Willow team!

We have not received our pet portrait yet. I have contacted you twice regarding the UPS tracking notifications. They state they need further address information. I contacted you regarding this notification & you stated you have complete address. However, I don’t think UPS has the complete address information.

Felt like the picture did not reflect what my dog actually looked like. I feel like it was more of a stock photo. Nothing was personalized - the color of his eyebrows - his muzzle color, his eyes. my dog passed away 3 weeks and I miss him so much. This is third time we have used your company but this has been disappointing. Sorry.

We weren’t happy with the original portrait. I contacted customer service and received a reply within minutes. After some discussion on how to improve the portrait it was done again and sent to us without charge. Excellent customer service!
