I dealt with Paul on multiple occassions while I was deciding whether or not to sell my car; he was always honest and straightforward, providing answers to all my questions without any pressure to sell. When I finally decided to sell, it was on a day that Paul was not in the office. Justin helped me with the entire transaction and, again, there were no issues. I deposited their Truist bank check into my Chase account with the teller at the local Chase branch, and the funds were all available the following day.
And the price they paid me was over $1k
more than either Carvana or Carmax offered.

I came into webuyanycar.com to sell my vehicle that I’ve been driving into my young adulthood. It was sad to see her go, but talking with Leon we did a fair evaluation of the car and came to an agreement for the sell. Leon is exceptionally professional and extremely personable at the same time. He truly wants to have everyone to walk away from the deal with a smile on their face. It’s hard to come by such genuine people nowadays and Leon really hit it out of the park with his customer service oriented attitude!

David Biddy made my car easy to sell. He came to my home, evaluated it, did all the paperwork so all I had to do was write my name, gave me a check, and scheduled a time for them to come tow my vehicle away. Professional and personable, a great combination!

Got a quick appointment for checking car out. Bambu was very helpful and explained the process and then completed the evaluation. Once all information was entered and approved, he issued a check and I had completed the sale - very smoothly.
He was very polite and offered water while waiting for car to be evaluated. Overall a very nice experience at the Duluth, GA location!

Young lady I worked with was awesome but like anything else you deal with they are supposed to try and make as much money as possible so the price quoted online was not what was offered. We met in the middle and all was well. So they don’t honor their online quote so don’t take their offer either.

The customer service experience that Gio Colon‘ provided was wonderful. I had some glitches due to a family member’s illness, however Gio was in constant follow up mode and continued to keep in touch with me.
When we ready to sell our vehicle, Gio explained the entire process and was very efficient with our time. He is very engaging and has a very nice, friendly demeanor. I went to WBAC in Eden Prairie, MN to sell my 2000 Honda Civic. Adin was wonderful to deal with. Very polite, very friendly and very knowledgeable, no mumbo jumbo. He did a thorough job of inspecting my car and explained what he was seeing as I watched. We had a discussion after that and he offered me what I considered a fair price. I signed some papers and went home with a check. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to sell my car! I definitely recommend WBAC if you’re interested in selling your car!

In the beginning we were giving a ridiculous total way below the beginning total,my wife was very upset and walked out leaving me behind to face the sales person,the sales person had me to hold on until he contacted his manager to come close to the price which was promised to us in the beginning. To make a long story short he received a price which was must better.

Initially I did a 1 star rating WE Buy Any Car followed up with my review . After discussing my situation with them. They made a correction on the price and stood by their claim of a 5 star company . I believe there was a miscommunication between Mike the representative and I. Expectations were there and initially not met but later were rectified . That's a sign of a very good company. Very streamlined process. I wasn't able to trade my vehicle in, so I opted to try webuyanycar.com after seeing their commercial. I'm glad I did. They surveyed my car, gave me an offer, and we made the deal. The Marietta Branch Manager was easy to work with. He called to verify the meeting, gather additional information he would review before the meeting, and called me back before the meeting stating that the estimate for my car had not changed. When I arrived, he did a thorough review, explained every step, made appropriate adjustments and bought my SUV for the agreed price.

I like the appointment system. No waiting is great. We are senior citizens who bought a new car and needed to sell our very old car. The man who worked with us was just wonderful. He was friendly and courteous. He gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision on the sale. He did not rush us but gave us time we needed. I had done a little research and felt the offer was fair. And it saved us the hassle of having strangers to our home to view car. Also didn't have to drive from place to place to show car.
