Our Waterdrop G3P800 system was installed yesterday. While I cannot speak yet about the longevity of the system, I was impressed by the quality of the system components, the ease of installation and the thoughtfulness of the design features. Even the quality of the packing materials suggests that this is a company that cares. Thank you.

The instructions included with the refill kit is different than what you find on utube about the process Pelican wants you to follow. The kit does not include the garden hose adapter for refilling outside. I decided to follow the Pelican instructions and letting the carbon settle and the back flush method. I had to purchase from the local plumbing store a 1" female pvc with threads, a 1" slip to a 3/4" threaded, and a reducer to a garden thread pvc. Total cost about $6.00. It worked great and the process was very easy using a combination of the two instructions from Pelican and from US Systems. I am amazed at the difference in the water. It really was easy and worth the cost! Thanks, Michael D.

The water in Folsom is okay but it’s very hard and has chlorine. Our new LifeSource water system changed that. The water is clean and filtered in every part of our home. We stopped using our hand held filter pitcher…we don’t need it! Our sales rep was Brian Pease. He really knows everything about the system and talked to us without any pressure. The company has been around a long time too…over 40 years. If you’ve been thinking about a water system with fresh tasting water and no chlorine to stress your skin and hair, I’d give them a call!

Very helpful and friendly staff however due to a combination of poor audio compression in their phone system and strong Indian accents I only understood about half of what they said. In the end I gave up.

Needed a reverse osmosis faucet that matched my copper faucet and sink. Express water was the only online dealer that had what I needed. The faucet is quality and beautiful. Their customer service shipped the unit to me quickly for my scheduled install as promised.

Over all its great for what it does but it is REALLY loud when dispersing the ice inside.I think that's the only improvement it needs.

While we haven’t measured the water output for hydrogen or other things, the pitcher seems like it is doing its job. It is also pretty, less industrial than some products in this category.

I like that the connections with threads have been replaced with slip in connections, no more leaky threads.
