Had ordered wainscotting and top rail a few years ago and was very pleased. The dimensions were exactly as I specified on their website. Needed to do some remodeling recently and ordered some new top rail. The quality on both orders is excellent and they were able to ship earlier than advertised.

Working with these guys was great. Deb helped us tremendously from the start as our installation was a bit complex but she was patient and knowledgeable and our order was placed in a very timely manner.
The quality of the panels are incredible and the accuracy of the dimensions were spot on. The only problem that we had were biscuit routing on two panels didn't align properly but we were able to work around that.

Our last purchase of wainscoting for our basement project is just as nice as our first, over ten years ago. Our first project for wainscoting for our dining room went seamlessly. Everything fit together perfectly and everything we needed to complete our projects was included.

This has to be by far the most helpful, reliable, friendly, honest company that I’ve come across. Not to mention the quality of their product’s and the promptness in delivery. One panel and the corner returns were damaged from shipping and I was shipped out and received a new panel/returns in 5 days. My dining room went from blah, plain white walls to a very pretty dining room that fit my taste. Thank you for answering emails, phone calls Deb so quickly. It was nice to speak to a human when I had to call for a question as I was/am just a beginner in this type of project. Now onto my staircase !! Thanks Wainscoting America.

Good honest company to work with. Quality material, exact dimensions from order are delivered and appropriate packaging to mitigate damage. We had a miscommunication with one piece and the issue was taken care of within 2 days with replacement. I will do more business with Wainscoting America in the future.
