My experience was an excellent…

My experience was an excellent introduction to their services. Krista was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile when there was an issue. She solved the minor issue in a timely manner. Her communication skills were on point and she always did what she said she would be. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Ambit is horrible

Ambit is horrible. Expensive, my bills are literally over $400 every God damn month. Just two adults and two little ones. Because of my job I don't make enough and I've called to try and do a payment plan but nope they always have some attitude over the phone and says "in order to do a payment plan you have to pay the total amount". WHY on EARTH would I be calling to try and do a payment plan, do y'all not understand that if I had the money I wouldn't be calling, SMH. We are now wanting to switch over to a new light company now, we have had Ambit for years and now it's just ridiculous. I definitely do not recommend Ambit. F** Ambit.

Efficient Consultant, Mark.

I was looking for an Electric Company that service our future address. MARK (Consultant) answered my call and was very patient listening and explaining about Ambit. We made a schedule, and it happened. I didn't have to call again.

Informative and detailed Consultation

Jose was Great! He stayed on the phone and walked me through all the different plans that they offered. He even consulted with me when I was asking him individual questions about each plan. He was very patient and kind and he made sure to follow up with me about connecting my Internet service as well, he laid out all the financial and beneficial ways. I can start my service.

I am really grateful that Mr

I am really grateful that Mr. Marco could help me. Relocating can be difficult in and of itself, but moving more than 1,000 miles cross-country can be extremely stressful.

I truly appreciate his being firm and being on top of things to get me the fundamentals necessary, even when I wasn't replying since I was prioritizing. He understood my circumstance and more than ever stayed in touch. The definition of greatness is Marco!
I also want to apologize for not getting back to you sooner, but Marco was really helpful and had great ideas to finish the assignment.

Marco is the B.E.S.T!!!!!!!

I am very well pleased to have had Mr.Marco assist me. Moving is stressful itself but moving 1,000miles plus across country is a different level of stress.

He understood my situation and more than ever kept in contact; even when I was not responding due to me prioritizing but I really appreciate him staying steadfast and being on top of things to get me the essentials necessary. Marco is the epitome of Greatness!!!!
I also would like to extend my apology for not responding sooner but Marco was very helpful and forward thinking to get the task completed.

Customer Service

I had the opportunity to receive assistance from Naim, his customer service was amazing. The communication was beyond this world, he made sure I understood the process and what was going on. Also helped me choose a plan that I was comfortable and more than happy with. Need more help people like this on your team, thank you! They are great at helping all of our…

They are great at helping all of our new applicants with the move in process of setting up their electric company and renters insurance and updating any errors on the documents and re-emailing them with all requirements. I love this. This is hands on with the applicant and makes this process so much easier for them before move in day. Love this great team.

MARCO

MARCO! He made my experience fantastic. He knew all the answers to any questions I had, and if there was something he wasn’t 100% sure on, he found the answer immediately. He helped me understand all the ins and outs of the system, the app, and was helpful many times after our initial conversation when I needed help.
I don’t know who Marco’s boss is, but he needs a pay raise. I’m not just saying that, he really does.
