Venta returned my humidifier quickly after I sent it in for cleaning 5 years after purchase. It looked like new! They said it had been exceptionally dirty and provided explicit instructions on how to do thorough regular maintenance. Sorry, Venta folks, I promise to do better because I love how well my humidifier works.

Safe, clean operation, minimal to no mold build-up danger. Had an original Venta for ~15 years, it worked best of all. Current improvements unhelpful, inconvenient - e.g. lit operation buttons are intrusively polluting for night time sleep. Please produce a covering for it! Efficiency is no better than the original which required no compensation. Venta is absolutely straightforward to use. It's the best on the market.

The new air washer works fine but I did not receive any documentation: no warranty information, not even a receipt or confirmation other than the delivery information
the last one we bought had a motor that died but I did not have documentation to apply for warranty repair, I would appreciate receiving full documentation on the new one purchased May 21 2024

I’ve used other types of room humidifiers. They required filling a tank of awkward shape and then turning that tank over to fit it to the body of the machine. Water splashed onto the floor every time. Venta has an intelligent and ergonomic design. It’s wonderfully simple to use in every way. The designers are true designers. Thank you!

I have used Venta Airwashers for over 25 years. These LW45s are replacing 2 of my original quarter century old Airwashers. Ventas are probably the best evaporative humidifiers made. Very easy to maintain and clean, with no fiber filters to get funky or need replacement. The small size is great to carry for domestic car travel when staying in hotels, where the air is often notoriously dry.

The air purifier itself seems great: very quiet and so far, effective. However, there were no aromatherapy pods included as described in the accompanying material. I checked to see if they were available online and found that they were hard to find and quite expensive. Therefore, I feel I was overcharged for this item.

Just purchased a VentaWasher as a housewarming gift for friends. Why? Because I have used one (or more) for over 25 years and can't imagine a winter without this appliance! Excellent engineering means they will last a LONG time and when something does wear out, replacement parts are available, so you aren't throwing the whole unit out and starting over.

The humidifier we purchased is the easiest to use, has the lowest effort to maintain, and has low maintenance costs. High quality and very happy that it is made in Germany. Compared to other humidifiers out there that require a tank to be filled upside down which then eventually leaks or spillage occurs or just plain awkward to put the tank back on, or the tanks are too small and must constantly refill, and also have to take apart many small parts to clean, this model and the smaller version have all of them beat by a mile. We do wish that the paper manual that comes with the unit was much clearer for set-up and maintenance, but there is a comprehensive online PDF manual that is much easier to understand, so we print out the pages as we need to make it easier for ourselves. We love this model so much that we just purchased the smaller model for our bedroom. Shipping was quick and when we had questions prior to purchase via email, customer service was prompt. Highly recommend.

In this highly polluted world of today its heavenly to get back home and breath some fresh air and it's only possible because of this purchase, fully satisfied with the product and will certainly look forward for more products in the same lines .

Venta used to offer a 10 year warranty for their humidifiers, but now only offers a 2 year warranty. This drastic decrease in warranty support may have implications about their product or business practices.

Received my LW45, filled it up (note that the water line can be considered vague unless someone has looked through the manual) but it didn’t start initially after pressing the power button, and I had to open it up and plug in a loose cord. Fortunately, working on Venta humidifiers is an intuitive & easy task. Seems to work fine and does what it’s supposed to do. The sound it makes is strangely calming.

Our 15-yr-old LW45 has performed admirably. It added two gallons of winter humidity to our patio home every day.
The unit has required a couple motor replacements, and one was provided for free by Venta.
We discovered that fan drive longevity can be improved with occasional squirts of silicone spray.
The design upgrades of our new LW45 are immediately apparent.
Hoping that the motor will require less attention than our old one.

I have purchased eight VENTA humidifiers over many decades. They are quiet, effective, and provide the correct level of humidity for our home. LW 25 has improved over the years with a simpler mode selection. I have just bought a LW15 for a smaller room.

The new product -KUUBOID XL Max is working great - very quiet and easy to operate. I have 4 air washer machines from Venta, the oldest is 16 years old and still working great! I wanted an air cleaner which could be used all year long in the bedroom - this new machine appears to fit the requirements!

I appreciate the prompt response and my previous problem has been resolved. However, I wonder if it's normal the machine keeps the humidity around 30 degree mostly but my goal is 50 while I set the AUTO model in a 250 sqft bedroom.

These humidifiers are fantastic. Very simple and reliable design, VERY effective. I have one of the larger units in a big room where I keep all of my guitars and banjos and mandolins, and never have to worry about variable humidity in this VERY dry environment (Montana). We have a small unit in our bedroom: perfect! I had to replace a motor assembly once on a unit that was used constantly for 7 years, and the support was great, and immediate. These people are great: seem happy and like a family.

This is my second Venta air washer, and I love the product. It is the best humidifier I have ever used because it eliminates those nasty paper filters that have to be replaced and then cannot be found, making your humidifier worthless. My first one is still ok, but since I’ve had it for five years and this was one sale, I decided to get another one.

I ordered the black LW25 Comfort plus, it arrived quickly but when I opened it and tried it for the first time it leaked from the bottom. Support seemed to know of the issue and the only good experience I've had so far with this company was how quickly the lady helped me on the phone. So I finally get my replacement and it's the wrong color(white) and wrong model(regular LW25). Still currently waiting for my 2nd replacement, at least I got my refund after 20 days...

Venta is the only product I have found to humidify my music studio. Instruments are very sensitive to humidity. My Venta LW45 is able to keep it at a constant 50% plus it cleans the air.

My order didn't arrive because they do not deliver to PO boxes, which I either missed or wasn't alerted to when I placed my order. All was explained and tips were given for a more satisfying outcome. Emails were prompt, kind, and professional.
