They don’t fix things

Staying at a house where none of the previous complaints have been addressed (hot tub jets don’t work, low to no water pressure, no hot water). Read their canned and glib review responses where they always respond that they will address the situation, pass the information along, etc. Yet they never do. Beware and take heed if reports have been made.

Steps From the Beach

My husband and I were thrilled with the location. We walked through the parking lot to get to the private beach. The condo was clean, quiwt, well appointed and comfortable. Great internet connection. We spent every day on the beach watching the birds and seals. At night we watched the stars and the fascinating lighthouse light. Chatham is a charming town and less crowded in second Summer. I highly recommend Chatham Pier Fish Market for their lobster roll. We shopped at Chatham Market minutes from the condo. Note the condo has a queen, 2 twins in the loft, a futon and a sleep chair plenty of butts in bed spaces for famillies, if needed.

House Was Perfect for Multi Family

House was the perfect size - just short one bed (advertised 18, only slept 16). Management was very responsive & attentive (we had a leak). Was very happy with the home & the management company.

The house was very clean and…

The house was very clean and comfortable. Helpful notes:
It is a three story OPEN home. There are not any bedroom doors, just a loft and open downstairs. We were very comfortable with our friends. No matter where you are in the home, you will hear everything, especially other people climbing or going down stairs. Don't be discouraged, it's a fun house.
Next: Parking, the driveway is very narrow and steep. The turn into it is in the opposite direction of the road. The small car made the turn ok but it was a 4 point turn for our chev silverado. We found it easier to back in. Don't forget to set your brake 😉

Disappointed

we stay at vacasa sunrise suites catalina. Our stay is disappointing. mold in the air conditioning, dirty windows. dirty curtains. blood on the doorframe etc.
The stove does not work, so cooking? They know it now 3 days and still it is not fixed.
My sister is a Wyndham owner her room was a disaster. Mold in the airco and in the dichwasser.
The airco makes so much noise that she could not sleep. The matras was old and sagging.
She left earlier than us because she became sick off this all. She gets a poor refund , 100 dollars. That for a lost vacation , it would be a family reunion , because we live in Belgium.
It’s sad

Picturesque Mountain and Lake Glenville Views

This mountain top retreat provided a fantastic view of Lake Glenville and Onion Falls from the large rear deck. The home was generously stocked with toiletries and paper products. The central location was ideal for hiking, shopping, farmers markets, and dining. We enjoyed the close proximity to visit neighboring towns like Sapphire, Cashiers, and Highlands. The home was comfortable with ample space to stretch out and relax. The WiFi was excellent and allowed us to work remotely as well. The additional smart tv’s in each room was a great bonus for everyone to enjoy some down time. We highly recommend this property and look forward to another stay in the future.

My getaway at Natiivo was Amazing 🤩 The front desk staff was so helpful and answered all my questions. The head valet was excellent, not only did he provide outstanding service, he was so funny and so professional polite. I will definitely be returning and telling my family and friends where to go if you want an amazing view of downtown Austin, outstanding customer service, clean and beautiful Condos; Natiivo is where it’s at💯💜

The house is beautiful

The house is beautiful. In a great neighborhood. Very clean and updated house. More than enough space for my family of four. The staff that I communicated with were great and checked in every day to make sure we had everything we needed and there were no issues. I would definitely recommend this company and house and would love to stay again.

The Reserve on St. Charles Bay

Customer service was excellent! We had questions during and after business hours. Amanda was great! The house was perfect. We did not care it rained our entire stay. The pool, outdoor fireplace and bbq gas grill was perfect. Pure relaxation in a beautiful and clean home. There were five adults. I would definitely go back.

This house was conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was excellently stocked for cooking in. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but everything was clean and in good repair other than the main TV not working.

Great location

Great location, unit provided all the essentials plus some extras. Need blackout curtain in the 1st bedroom (corridor light very bright), suggest bringing own dvds as TV is limited, pool truly does close on Labor Day at 5pm. Unit is lovely, made for a great stay. Che ck in, out was simple. Minutes to the beach, would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home on N Topsail Beach

Our vacation was just perfect! We have rented Oceanfront Homes in N Topsail for years and this house met all of our expectations and then some. The bedrooms were huge and beautifully decorated! The common areas were just perfect for our group of 8. The Team at Vacasa were very helpful and great to deal with.

The place was clean,except for the…

The place was clean,except for the spider webs on the porches....ewww!Need instructions for the TV...did not watch because only 2 channels came in.Hot tub needs instructions too,being older than most, paperwork helps!But other than a few non important issues We had a great time.

The worst rental company by far.

Ived used various vacation rental companies and Vacasa is By Far the worst. Terrible customer service. Do not use them or you will regret it!

Azure Unit 202…

Azure Unit 202…
NO way did you check this unit before our stay or you would have discovered the filth! The linens do not fit the beds, the floors were filthy, the lights blink over the dining table, the mop was black, dishes were found dirty in drawers hook was out of the wall in the master bathroom! Not up to standard and I have stayed in several units there. I will not spend another dime with your (lack of) service! And all you can say is you are sorry for my disappointment?!

Swell trip

We love that linens and towels were…

We love that linens and towels were included. Even the little things like toilet paper, dish detergent and hand soap were a plus. This house had plent room for my family to spread out and have solitude, as well as nice rooms to congregate. Both freezers made lots of ice - love that. The pool and hot tub were great too. We had plenty of hot water for the family. This house is close to all the local happenings! Overall we loved this house and may rent it again.
