According to your add, I was buying a “Complete “ off grid system. I feel VERY CHEATED, I got 2 solar panels & a charge controller. No Inverter No Battery I feel VERY cheated ! I have been buys lot of your products in the past 2 years, but not any more unless they make this right with me.

Our Waterdrop G3P800 system was installed yesterday. While I cannot speak yet about the longevity of the system, I was impressed by the quality of the system components, the ease of installation and the thoughtfulness of the design features. Response to request of contact Response to request of contact. The team member was very professional and understanding. I apologize for my demeanor. T-Mobile wi fi service is a disgrace !! MORE THAN ONCE MY DEVICES HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE INTERNET. I HAVE SPENT HOURS ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES. USUALLY ON THE VERGE OF CONTACTING A TECHINICIAN OR REPAIR PERSON. I RECENTLY LOOKED AT THE T-MOBILE TRANSMITTER AND DISCOVERED THAT THE DEVICES WERE NOT ACTIVE ON THE TRANSMITTER. APPARENTLY, THE TRANSMITTER DISCONNECTS DEVICES RANDOMLY. FURTHER, WHEN WATCHING A STREAMING SERVICE THE SIGNAL IS WEAK. AFTER REBOOTING THE SIGNAL GOES TO EXCELLENT FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN RETURNS TO FAIR. THE PROGRAM/SPORTS EVENT IS CONSTANTLY INTERUPTED AS THE SIGNAL ALTERNATES. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I WILL START EVALUATING MY INTERNET PROVIDER OPTIONS TODAY. ( 9-12-2024 ) FURTHER, MY DECEASED WIFE`S ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED ABRUPTLY RESULTING IN THE LOSS OF THREE PHONE NUMBERS, CONTACT DATA, ETC. T-MOBILE IS NOT A GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER !!!! A great system that you can count on it. The company is very professional and always send remainders whenever is going to be outages. Also, is there is a problem with the system, like I had and call I was walk through to fixed and also they sent a technician within an hour to verify that everything was working properly.
