I have received my 925 Sterling Silver Crown of Thorns Ring and must confirm the craftsmanship is excellent. I am actually a size 9.5 but got a size 10 since that is what was available for a ring size at the website. I hope for future orders the company can provide 1/2 size ring size increments as well. Customer service was top notch even when I had to return the ring for a larger size, I was sent a mailing label was sent back the size I needed at no extra charge. (this was the 2nd size change) the ring is exactly as I had hoped, beautifully crafted and shipped. I had my ring specially designed. I order the Men's 925 Sterling Silver & 14k Blue Sapphire and Lapis Master Mason Masonic Ring. Instead of using blue Sapphire stones. I replaced them with the Rudy Red birth stone, the month I was raised. Signifying my Birth as a Mason. They were very accommodating, and the quality of the ring was exceptional. I was surprised at how many choices I had when searching for the perfect gift for my 14 year old athlete. And the instant customer service was incredible! US Jewels met and surpassed my expectations in dealing with ring manufacturers as well as distribution centers. While I mainly did the purchase online, there was a need to contact them directly. I like many, I'm sure, dealt with Cliff. Cliff made the purchase so much easier. Cliff represented US Jewels perfectly. If it wasn't for Cliff, I might have gone to another firm, but that one was offshore and the ring was totally handmade, but for alot more money. I wanted a heavier than the standard sterling silver ring. Great weight to the ring, a full backing to the ring unlike others with an open back under the main design. So, in short, this Company carries wonderful products and has an excellent representative in Cliff. Due ti these factors, I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER. I highly recommend this Company to all who may be reading my review. Definitely 5 out of 5 STARS.

I requested engraving and was assured that it was possible. I received 1phone call from you at the end of the day to reduce the amount of letters on the engraving. I wasn't able to call, but sent a text message the same day. The product was shipped the same or next day without the reduced amount of engraving.
