Do not use this company or the finance company they use (Ennium Financing). I had nothing but issues with open permits and incompleted contracts and even can not contact installer due to he never got paid for work. Only company that got paid is Revolution Solar by Ennium and no where to exist. Revolution dissapeared. Even my town could not reach them several emails, phone calls and notices. No returns. They snuck a second contract into the financer for $6000 dollars more than the original signed one and ended up on my dime. Both these companys as far as I am concerned are fraudulant and government should help but wont. STAY AWAY FROM SOLAR!!!!!

I have no complaints about the work. The company stole my rebate from illinois shines and pocketed it. I was supposed to get approximately 7000.oo from the rebate commonwealth edison sent them but recieved nothing. I have been unable to contact them the phone is always busy or the e-mail address is wrong. I did get an e-mail from a rep in Feb 2024 admitting they screwed up and are trying to resolve the problem. It is now July 2024 and still nothing.

They called several times to set up an appointment. I finally agreed and the time was set. They did not show up for the appointment and ghosted me, no longer responding to calls or texts.

The August 2023 installation absolutely deserves 5 stars. Even my contractor husband was impressed. Then the ball was dropped like a hot potato! 5 months after install the local power company sent them an email detailing the paperwork they needed to hook up my unit. No response. It was good to see a January 2024 response to a review because we were having a hard time even finding the company online. So....they are still there just not answering ANY of my calls. Even my certified letter was returned. We don't want revenge, only a functioning solar system. You can keep the tax refund that the company was going to file in my name. Please, let us finish what we'all started.

They are a complete fraud they installed the panels and I have being waiting more than 6 months for Interconnection work EDT and nobody is answering phone calls or email. And now I have to pay a 30K loan for a product is not working. I want to take some legal actions against this horrible company but honestly I don't know where to find some help. And I know I'm not the only one affected. I can see another reviews from more customers

Our solar installation was completed on September 6, 2023 as of today (May 21, 2024) it has NOT been hooked up. We have repeatedly tried to contact Revolution Solar via text, phone and email to no avail. We finally contacted Alliant Energy (our power provider) and were informed Revolution Solar never supplied them with the drawings needed to hook us up or turn us over to Solar power. We again tried to reach out to Revolution Solar and have left numerous messages and have heard NOTHING BACK. WORST COMPANY EVER!! BEWARE!!!

As with all Solar Projects, there are unexpected, delays and hiccups, especially when dealing with the government and getting permits lol. But Revolution Solar had the absolute best service team I have ever witnessed in my life. Anytime we reached out with a question. It was answered within minutes, sometimes seconds! our sales rep, Karen, Dottie Simpson, was phenomenal with holding our hand and walking us through every part of this process. I would do it all over again without a doubt.

I would definitely recommend both of these companies, USA Clean Energy and Revolution Solar! The whole process has been seamless for me, they do everything. I was kept up-to-date as to where the process was. They came and installed the solar panels the other day, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with. Five stars for sure!

Install, hookup, and use at first was great. Then my garage lights started messing up unlike anything before. Tried to get ahold of them but it's been no answer and no communication since.

Everyone I came in contact with at Revolution Solar was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I was assigned a Solar Specialist whose job it was to keep me informed of progress and answer any questions . The installation took place in 1 day . The team of 4 men did a great job and cleaned up as they left. I said I couldn’t see the panels from the ground so one member of the team took a picture and sent it to my phone. The city inspector came by several days later and we passed inspection.

The customer service in this company is beyond elite. Ther were alot of issues we came across during the process and they were extremely helpful and patient throught it all. Mitchell Martinez helped us beyond what he should have done we've been waiting on the 2 day vacation and he's been a great mediator between us and the travel agency.

USACEA.ORG &Revolution Solar are a very good and reputable company. From start to finish I knew everything that was taking place they kept me informed about every thing coming up. Someone looking to have solar would be wise to give them a call.They are very professional and polite I am 100% satisfied was installed in one day

Called to just inquire however, our advisor made to entire process really simple to understand. We preferred that it was all explained through zoom. We don't like to invite strangers into our home. After we signed up, the process started and they handled everything. The power company took their sweet time coming out for the final inspection. Happy we left them. We had a really seamless experience. Would highly recommend.

The Revolution Solar Sales person signed me up with many promises and 6 months after nothing happend. Now they outsourced this to Helio Solar and they are not doing anything either. Do not work with Revolution it is waste of your time.

Everyone that we have had contact with has been professional and informative. Melanie has kept us informed and returned calls when had questions very promptly, very good to work with. The team that installed our panels came and cleaned up after themselves even with a few challenges and still completed in the time.frame projected.

Overall the team at USACEA and Revolution Solar were amazing. They never hesitated to answer any of the myriad of questions I had and were never more than a phone call or text message away during the entire process. They handled all of the permitting things and paperwork, the process was a breeze. Installation day was also quick and painless, the technicians were friendly and worked quick, they installed our entire system in just a single day. They were professional and left no mess either. 10/10 experience

During initial sign-up for the service, we were told it would take but a short time to complete, but do to conditions beyond the company's control, it took much longer. They compensated our time with free tickets to a Bears game. During install, the installers were friendly and took the time as needed to explain the process and why they had to move a some panel locations. The install went quickly. Our Project Specialist has been there for every step and every question we've had and if she didn't have the answer, she went to someone that did and got back to us as quickly as possible. In all, the experience has been professional and respectable.

Revolution solar came and installed our solar panels right away. That took place in June 2023. As of today we are still not reaping any benefits as they have not got it hooked up. Most phone numbers are disconnected that we originally had and nobody returns your phone calls, texts or emails. I am paying for a purchase since last year and not seeing any benefits. This has been going on for over 9 months. Absolutely ridicoulus.

The Revolution Solar installation team came on a rainy day and did a great job! The workers were pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to answer our questions. They were polite, respectful, and efficient, as well as showing us they were enjoying their jobs. The foreman explained and showed me how to set up the app I would need to monitor our solar journey, and was patient with my questions. I think this is a great company to work with and I hope you will look into working with them!
