definitely worth the little money it cost. I had attempted unlocking S21 5G for nearly two weeks. I had purchased a program for over $70 and spent more time awake watching YouTube tutorials with no luck. This service made me plug my phone in, download a program and put my feet up and wait 3-4 minutes. Thank you very much, don’t hesitate, money well spent!

Took a day or 2 to be linked in with one of the employees but as soon as I was it was way quicker and easier than I thought it would be. Unlocked my s20 in minutes using the USB instant unlock. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

I ordered a phone from Mercari marketplace, the seller told me it was paid off and I had 48 hours to accept the order or return the phone.
I checked UnlockedBoot website they mentioned “AT&T Clean & Paid Off
All Models (12-24h - Not
Refundable)”
I thought that is fine I will submit unlocking and if it couldn’t be unlocked i will just return the phone to the seller.

It has been 3 days Unlockboot was in process and after many tries to contact them they said it was not paid off and Mercari's return expired.

Now I cannot return mercari's phone and the Unlockboot is not refunding my money.

If they say it is our policy for non-refundable then your policy says 12-24 hours too why it take 72 hours?

Also the customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful.

Never pay with a credit card or bitcoin. Just pay it through PayPal because this way you can appeal when they try to scam you.

I posted this review this twice cause they keep reporting this as a fake review!

Their website was a bit confusing trying to get me to download an extension for photography. When I just put in my IMEI number and paid a reasonable fee, the unlock code was available within minutes if I wanted them to control my device or within 24 hours otherwise via email. I chose email and they send codes within an hour or so. The first code I tried worked great! That ended days of trying to get AT&T to unlock the phone. AT&T said it was not their phone, but it was.
