Rent this Jeep and plan you entire Big…

Rent this Jeep and plan you entire Big Island adventure in one easy step. Anna will send you excellent driving itineraries including food, drinks and incredible sites. She will send you videos and music. And of course her Jeep is clean and very well maintained.

I'm very happy to use Turo. It's a way to have the opportunity to get the best cars outside of the usual expensive ride companies. It's always very easy to use the app to select the cars that are appropriate to your desire.

Always prefer to rent with TURO

Always prefer to rent with TURO! Having a “host” to communicate with directly makes all the difference - and it’s always fun to drive a “fun” car that’s not available at your car conventional rental company. Will always choose TURO when possible.

Best host award

Great SUV, very spacious, lots of features, comfortable for family traveling. He made sure we were satisfied the whole trip, we really appreciate his concern. I got to the vehicle and he unlocked the door immediately🙂. I look forward to renting again for the next family adventure.

Good car, great owner!

James was attentive to detail. Made it easy for pick up. Offered to fill up the tank afterwards and then venmo us the receipt if we didn’t have a chance to fill up the tank. Was the cleanest car we’ve ever had. With 117° days, it was hard for the air conditioner to keep up, but he promised to charge it if it’s not working correctly. When the temperature went down to 100 it seem to work better. Definitely would rent it from him again.

It's so easy and frictionless

It's so easy and frictionless, no lines, no waiting, so many car options, delivered to me.... it's just the best. Can't ever go back to traditional car rental service.

Overall process

I like the fact that the car location was exactly where they said and easy process to get the rental and I ran into an issue at the end with an emergency and the company helped me and was great about it. They responded and helped me with the issue promptly.

Turo makes renting a car so easy

Turo makes renting a car so easy. My host Anthony is great. I've actually rented my last 2 times with Anthony. Great all around. I do wish Turo would give some kind of reward or discount for return customers. Other then that everything was great.

Will never rent the old fashioned way…

Will never rent the old fashioned way ever again. I’m tired of these big companies like Hertz, Fox, Avis, etc., taking advantage of people by tacking on “hidden” fees and requiring enormous deposits. Turo is going to put them all out of business eventually!

Customer service and response time with…

Customer service and response time with turo car providers have been great. Way easier and cheaper than classic rental car agency's. As someone in a wheelchair it's so nice to also have the option to look at the car you need. I've never had a bad experience yet with using the turo app and service.

It drove until I was making my way back to the host...

When I was on my way to drop the vehicle off to the host it stopped on me on the interstate & wouldn't crank back up... I also had to wait almost up to 4 hours for a tow truck to come pick me up & take me to the host's place that day & the host going to tell me it was because the battery was low...

Working with Turo

I like working with Turo. It's an easy process and a cost effective alternative to typical car rental agencies. I rent transportation frequently and find myself now using Turo 75% of the time. I hope they will continue to keep the extraneous fees down to a minimum in order to stay a cost effective solution. Overall, there service works well for me.

The convenience of quick and easy…

The convenience of quick and easy booking of the perfect car is unmatched. Picking a car specifically to fit your needs and vibe is the best. The prices are cheaper than a rental agency and you have communication with the host as or if needed ad well as Turo support.

Great Truck and Great Communication!!

The ease of picking up and dropping off the truck was very helpful (although the parking ramp color coding threw me off checking in...). The truck was in great shape and ran well (it did have a lot of dead bug-splats on the windshield that we had to scrub off, but we understand). Peter was very responsive to all my messages. I would use Turo and Peter again, without hesitation!

Turo is a wonderful resource for rentals

Turo is a great alternative to traditional car rental services. I normally use Turo to rent exotic cars but recently rented a “regular” car for a week-long trip in Canada. We got a nearly new, 2024, SUV for less than half the cost that rental companies were charging. The host tailored our drop off and pick up to our needs and made the whole experience as easy as possible. I always recommend TUro to my friends and family.

Really poor service

Really poor service. The car wasn’t as advertised. It was dirty . The host gave no advice as to how pick would be managed and thus delayed our travel north from Brisbane. We had an accident and paid the host and the third party directly only to find out we would receive no insurance cover. The host gave no advice as to how we should deal with the incident. On completion of our trip the host contacted us and asked us to change our review to a 5 star rating. Since returning home TURO have been difficult to contact and not forthcoming with any insurance cover. We will never use this company again and do not recommend. Stay way from this company!

A few reasons why I use Turo

The whole process of finding the right vehicle to rent or lease is absolutely top-notch.

The truck that I rented for this trip looked like it just came off the showroom floor. The host did a super job in communicating and staying in touch to make sure that everything was OK. The inside and outside of the truck was practically spotless.

it was horrible i called customer…

it was horrible i called customer service to report the unjust expenses as well as the unprofessional service from this group that are a business within Turo. The vehicle was in a different location . i would appreciate it if someone would return my call. (813) 438-9547
