TURBRO ETERNAL FLAME

We purchased a Turbro eternal flame last January 2024. After a few uses the heating part of the unit didn't work. We reached out to Turbro, and they responded immediately. After some troubleshooting, it was determined by them that we would receive a new unit. This company is extremely responsive and work with you until you are satisfied!!

Fantastic customer service.

My work purchase 2 misting fans, and one came not operable, after reaching out to the company, Britany was of great help. We were able to replace the fan with no problem, and through the whole process Britany stay with us to see it through the end. I hope there are more companies like them that puts there customer's needs first. Thank you for the amazing job!!

Great customer service, excellent equipment.

I recently ordered a Turbro mini split AC unit. I mistakenly ordered the wrong model, but Lyvia in customer service was able to correct the mistake without issue. I received the correct model a few days later (very fast shipping!) and am scheduled for an install soon. This is the second Turbro model for us. The first model is working like a champ, cooling our entire cabin easily.

The Turbro 24000

The Turbro 24000 was delivered quickly. It operated for a day before we started getting codes. We contacted the company immediately and was able to speak to a person. She took the information and relayed it to the technician. The only problem was, I was never able to talk to the technician directly, only through a series of emails which took the process days. ( this is the reason for 4 stars) The ultimate outcome was a new inverter was sent which came quickly. We installed the unit ourselves. Luckily we had all the gauges, vacuum, and freon (Almost a DIY). It would've cost nearly $2000 from one company I called to let them install it.
It's been 5 days now and it's still cold and working perfectly
I would definitely recommend this company and their product.

Excellent customer service!

I’ve had my original unit for just over a year when it started leaking really bad from underneath and mold was growing at a rapid rate. Got in touch with customer service and within 24hrs, I had a new unit on the way. Both units are doing and did their job. I live in South Louisiana so it’s very humid which is why I have it continuously draining into a 6qt stock pot. I empty the pot in the morning and in the evening.
My room is about 200sqft and it keeps it cool, not cold but cool. It’s not a quiet unit but it’s not loud to where it will keep you away. It sounds like a white noise. And word of advice, REGISTER YOUR UNIT! When you do that, you get a free 2 year extended warranty! I’m so thankful I did.

We had a problem with our unit once it…

We had a problem with our unit once it was installed. Called and spoke to Nicole who forwarded the information to Britany the technician, who then had me send her several things to try and troubleshoot the issue. After she reviewed it she told me that unfortunately the unit was discontinued and that they could issue me a refund, which that is what we accepted. They are very quick to answer your calls and or respond to emails, to resolve whatever the issue is. Completely satisfied with this customer service experience.

The Turbro smokeless fire pit is…

The Turbro smokeless fire pit is amazing! I use white birch and it starts right up with just a few dried twigs. Once it gets hot, it is absolutely smokeless. It also burns down to almost nothing. After going through about 8 logs, there was almost no ash the next morning. The color of the 304 stainless steel looks awesome after a few good hot fires! It develops a patina of blue and gold hues.
The price for this fire pit is also amazing. It comes with foldable legs and breaks down for your next camping trip. It comes with a waterproof carrying case. All of this and much cheaper than the two big brands!

First off the portable AC unit works…

First off the portable AC unit works great, mine blew out a fan blade however. But after I reached out to get it repaired instead they just sent out a new one. That's how much they care about there customers. It was handled quickly and with the upmost respect. I couldn't be happier. Thank you turbro team especially my customer service agent.

I had an issue with my Turbro mini…

I had an issue with my Turbro mini split unit so I contacted customer service and they immediately took action to remedy my concern. They communicated quickly throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the results! I was so happy to see how quickly and efficiently they solved my issue. The product works great and I know I can depend on the company if I ever have to contact them again. Very friendly and knows how to take care of their customers!!!

Problem quickly solved

Unfortunately we had a problem, this can not rate a 5. When I notified Customer Service of the problem they took care of it right away and truly handled it the way all Cusomer Service should be done. Great job! I would purchase from them again. WE are staying cool....

A1 Product, A1 Service

First of all, the machine is well built and beautiful. It has the second most realistic flame replication I've seen on an electric fireplace. It integrates effortlessly with my Smart Home and so easy to use.

Outside of the product itself, it's Turbro's customer service that stands out. I got a defective unit that was making grinding noises when the flames were on and reached out to their customer support. They immediately triaged the problem and sent out a replacement to address the issue. I'm a happy customer! 5 stars

Even thought the product broke down…

Even thought the product broke down after 4 months, the company is wiling to send me a free replacement at no additional charge. The staff that process the refund was very nice and understanding, she process the refund right away after received the proof of invoice and damage proof. My issue was the knob not working and unit can't turn of. It was very nice of the company that do free replacement after 4 months of owning. GREAT Customer Service and good device.
