Horrible access to customer service. Apparently it takes 3-5 business days to even send your product out for shipping. First order arrived in 5 days and now I’m on day 5 already and it hasn’t been shipped. It’s been a very tough time trying to quit with no vape for 7 days already. The website and response time at Melody are not at all helpful. I had high hopes from my first order.

Poor customer service. I reached out after I got my vape and told them my issue: the vape stopped working after about 5 puffs. I even tried charging it to see if that would help but nope. Additionally, the Watermelon Ice flavor was almost muted because it didn’t work—barely tasted like watermelon, just sugar. I assume that’s because it was losing its power or something? I haven’t gotten it to work since. I also haven’t received a reply to my issue from customer service, which is very frustrating. The reason I rate it 2 stars is because I think it’s a good idea and I still wish to use it as I try to get away from nicotine. But still, I really wish customer service would have helped me resolve my issue—it’s simply unprofessional, especially because I paid full price only for it to not work.

There are a good variety of flavors, it makes it a lot easier to wane off nicotine when you have the option to find a 0 nicotine vape that doesn't taste awful. Most importantly, it separates nicotine addiction from the habit of smoking, so you're basically only quitting one addiction at a time at your own pace. The battery life is good too.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the vapes burn out quicker than you expect for the price. They have half the lifetime of a normal nicotine vape of similar price. The construction quality is fair enough, however I left one in a hot car for a few hours and it sprung a leak. The juice slowly leaked out of the bottom plastic seam until I decided to throw it out.
Overall, I like the company and I'll continue to use these vapes until I'm able to quit smoking entirely.

Melody was one of the last shoppes we searched for a zero nicotine vape and will be the first from now on. It was crucial that I stop smoking (nicotine) before an upcoming surgery and no one locally had a mint flavored zero nicotine product...if ANY zero nicotine products at all! I am older and the tuti fruity flavors aren't my vibe. Even when I did find an out of state shoppe, they didn't ship to my residence, so one can imagine my frustration and desperation here. Melody had a variety of offerings, payment was painless, and shipping was prompt. I write this as I am happily puffing nicotine free. My hope is to quit completely and this is a positive step made possible by Melody.

The flavor was way too sweet and chemically tasting. I got cotton candy but it tasted like trix strawberry banana yogurt. Makes me choke every time I try it. Really disappointed because it's expensive and I just can't stand this particular flavor. Should have gone with mint

Melody has helped me beat my nicotine addiction of over 5+ years, Best device to use for quitting nicotine. The flavors are better than a regular vape, as well as the throat hit on my cool mint is fantastic as well. My only issue with Melody has been restocking the products took quite awhile. But other than that, they have been a 5 star product!

Absolutely the worst experience. The only reason there were multiple orders was the incompetency of the company. Run around for weeks, never got any product. Just forced a refund. Stay away from these clowns!

The product itself is great, it has helped me cut my nic habit which was the goal so thank you for that!! However, shipping takes foreverrrrrr. I get the email saying it was shipped and but the tracking will say “awaiting package” for like 4-5 days before making any movement. It’s like they are printing the label but not actually shipping the package till a week later.

Ordered Nov 17th and still have yet to receive the order. Not sure if it will ever show. Customer service initially said they would follow up and get back providing no ETA or details. Next 2 tries same deal. Finally got a reply saying they cannot do anything as the order had already shipped. I sent back tracking saying it was sitting waiting for pick up. They then came back with one of flavors was out of stock and we had to pick another flavor which we did not want but picked anyway just to end the nightmare of ordering from such a horrible servicing company. Tracking says it is due to arrive Jan 8th but I am not holding my breath. No effort was made to expedite or at least provide some relief from a 53 day ship window (maybe). Maybe revisit your customer service model or it will solve itself as you will have no customers.

I ordered product 3 days ago and paid for rushed 3 day shipping and just received an email today that a label was just created. 3 days means I should receive in 3 days not how long it takes you to create a label!!

I recently received a vape that was malfunctioning and the customer service I received was immediate and extremely efficient. They made it so simple and I had the replacement vape sent out the same day.

***UPDATE: Melody customer service immediately reached out to me and is sending me a new one free of charge as well as apologizing emphatically. I didn't have to do anything. I'm pretty amazed at how awesome their customer service was.
First time trying this company and vape and it was by chance. I was very excited since I quit vaping in April (almost a year ago) but was feeling frisky so learning that this vape is a decent less risky alternative was a happy accident.
But then I got home and tried the 0 nicotine Grape Ice Melody vape. So disappointing. The first hit was good I was hopeful every hit after is a burnt coil taste that would make anyone quit smoking. I've had it for one day and it's in the trash.
I understand duds do happen but considering it was the last and only 0 nicotine at my local shop and I essentially threw away $20, I'm not happy.

This is the zero nic product I have been looking for! All of the flavor with none of the nicotine. I am doing so much better on quitting and staying off nicotine than I thought possible! Much better than all of the juice, refillable carts and mods that I have acquired. If I could go back and reinvest that money into Melody, I would!
