I requested a quote on trip insurance and received it promptly on line and called Peter with a question. He answered the question knowledgeably and was there to help continue with insurance application. I was not ready at this time but called back latter to sign up. Peter was not available but Amanda did a wonderful job helping me complete the application. Both Peter an Amanda were very friendly, efficient, and eager to help.

All in all, another great experience getting travel insurance. Came back for the many choices of insurers and plan levels, so we could get just what we need.
We used the online chat feature to initially engage, which was helpful. Don helped schedule a one-on-one phone callback with a very friendly and helpful agent. Sylvia was knowledgeable and thorough, and patiently answered all our questions about plans, coverage, dates, and adding additional coverage after purchase. We left feeling like we'd purchased the right insurance for our trip.

Choosing a plan is very easy! You are given many options, each with explanations for the information provided. You have the ability to compare plans as well. Once you have decided on a plan, a quote can be emailed to you so that you may review the entire policy. Make sure it contains coverage for everything that your specific circumstance requires especially the cancellation policies. Easy !!! and Reasonably priced!

What made my service great is that I felt that each time I called TripInsure 101, I had a consistent experience that the agent (both Shana and Amanda) was each consistently very professional in the information provided in response to my questions. I did feel that in each instant, I was speaking to a knowledgeable professional. Making decisions regarding travel insurance can be challenging. So, having someone who answers each of your questions with the right sets of information and in a courteous and professional manner allows you to make the right decision in a manner which you feel confident that you would be covered in an unwanted travel emergency. Both Shana and Amanda left me feeling that TripInsure agents are the right people for the job. Please extend my sincerest thanks for their help in our particular situation. It allowed for easy decision making in purchase of travel insurance that will meet our needs.
