THE BEST

I was insanely skeptical about finding the right supplier for my grow lights, with scammers on the rise. Very thankfully, I chose Trimleaf. From first initial contact, all of the way up to delivery, they were incredibly fluid with communication & surpassed my expectations. Albert, provided impeccable customer service, assisting me with finding the right price and answering any questions I had, even outside of working hours. That is commitment! I will solely be shopping with Trimleaf, moving forward. It’s a reward feeling knowing a business you support, gives that support right back to you.

This trump got screwed company shipped my tumbler almost…

This company shipped my tumbler almost immediately after my order which shocked me. I received it within a few days in under a week. This company also had the best price on this tumbler which I liked best of all with the cost of everything rising I have to really shop around for the best prices, this company really impressed me with the best price and the speed in which it was delivered thank you.

Very satisfied with my lights

Very satisfied with my lights! They are high quality and look like they will last for many grows. There was a small snag with the delivery (no one home to sign for lights) but Trimleaf was quick to respond to my dilemma. Lights did take a couple of weeks to get here but arrived within the stated 10-14 business day window, so do plan for that. I highly recommend Trimleaf and will utilize them for my future growing needs!

I had several questions and concerns…

I had several questions and concerns when deciding to purchasing my HR machine. When I emailed Trimleaf they responded very quick and answered my questions. I obviously had many questions late one night (almost midnight) and a rep actually called me and discussed all my questions. He was great!! I placed my order then found one my size for a few hundred dollars cheaper the next day and they price matched. I emailed them again and the offered a price match immediately. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

I emailed Trimleaf with a question…

I emailed Trimleaf with a question about the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer which I had ordered from them. That same day, Albert the manager called and emailed me back to answer all my questions. He was very understanding and answered my questions. He contacted me again later, to be sure I was fully satisfied. I have been telling all my friends and family how easy and helpful the people are at Trimleaf

The zipper bag broke and was replaced.

The zipper bag to hold my material in the Bubble Magic machine broke open and dumped everything into the ice and water. The machine is fine (I stopped it, drained and cleaned it right away), and Albert from Trimleaf replaced the bag quickly.

I ordered 4 lights from Trimleaf and…

I ordered 4 lights from Trimleaf and they shipped super quick, all was going really well until fedex lost one of them but Albert from Trimleaf was on it, got ahold of fedex and a few days later it showed up. Customer service was great, I will order more supplies from them for sure.

Beyond expectations

First, they had the Spider Farmer lights in stock when the manufacturer was out of stock.
Second, they were cheaper than the manufacturer’s website.
Third, they arrived within three days all working.

Game Changer!

Thanks to this light, I went from Beginner to Novice! Thanks to TrimLeaf for offering the exceptional pricing and quick shipping. This is my 2nd Nextlight. AMAZING results! No comparison to my first Nextlight which is smaller and now used in nursery. Perfect size for tent, and provides more than adequate lighting for 10-12 auto plants. THANK YOU!! Buy it - you won't regret it!

First time buyer with Trimleaf. My order, which was a fragile item, arrived safely. I emailed with a couple of questions about the product,and someone reached out, actually calling me in response to my query. Had a nice conversation with this party. Customer service here is very welcoming, and accessible. Would definitely recommend them. And the shipping was quick, shorter than expected!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. We ordered the trimmer on a Monday, and it came on Tuesday! We called a couple of times to ask some questions, and to make sure our payment went through. Albert was very helpful. The trimmer works great, and the price was right! Totally worth the investment. I would definitely recommend this company!

Great purchasing experiences!

I've had great purchasing experiences with Trimleaf. I have made five separate purchases from them and have been satisfied each time. There was a shipping glitch once, but as soon as I alerted the company, they were helpful and responsive and the problem was resolved quickly. I am happy with all of the products I've purchased and have gotten incredible values.

I'm so upset

I'm so upset! I got an order confirmation after my purchase of a harvest right freeze dryer but when it comes to review my order and tracking my package, it's an absolute 0 star review given! I ordered my item on November 30th, it's now December 10th and I have no idea where my package is. I paid so much money for this and have been saving for a while now and no package in sight! You'd think with the amount of astronomical $$$ you pay for any of the products trim leaf offers, they would actually have a better tracking system but NOPE!!!
Oh, and to write a review I have to submit a selfie with a government issued ID??? Go eff yourself! I submitted my credit card and paid, for which I have already submitted an ID with my bank, I am real human!!!

Good customer care

I purchased a rosin press off the site and after a little over a week of no news I was getting a little worried so I sent them an email asking what was up and not only did they let me know the day my product was to be shipped, but also they gave me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience! Now that's what I call quality service!

Buying my HarvestRight freeze dryer thru Trimleaf

It was actually a great TRIMLEAF review that motivated me to call and buy my new 5 tray HarvestRight medium freeze dryer through them. Just finished batch 10 and I have to say, so far there have been no issues. Everything is turning out and working great. TRIMLEAF was a great help in keeping me from informed on the progress of my order, continuous updates on shipping and I asked a ton of questions and the TRIMLEAF Rep was more than helpful and extremely patient with me.
