The earrings are very pretty. I got the Carissa tanzanite and diamond hoops in 1.75 inches. Exactly as pictured. Vijay is very personable and did a good job in communicating with me. I would purchase again.

The piece is beautiful my wife loves it. But the communication with this company is terrible. Does not respond to phone calls or emails.
And when they ship they only pay for weekday deliveries and you cannot pick it up at the Fedex center.

I can’t thank them enough. They made and delivered a ring that was a surprise for my wife in a short amount of time and it turned out perfect. They were also super helpful with the sizing. I would happily do business with them again.

They were great with customer service. I needed a smaller ring size than available and it wasn't a problem. I was also looking to stack with my other two rings and they sent me a prototype to ensure it fit before creating it. Overall in LOVE and great experience!

First time a stone come out from my eternity ring was less than 30 days since I received it. It took TriJewels 6 MONTH to repair it and send it back to me. I wore it about 10 times in next 3.5 years and it happened again. Company refused to take any responsibility for embarrassing quality of their product and only offered to ship and repair my ring at my expense. Manager/owner Vijay never even bothered to return my call as was promised by his stuff. I highly advise not to deal with that company.

Vijay went above and beyond to help me design something custom for the big day. He provided expert advice on selecting suitable stones and educated me on the different qualities of the diamonds I was looking at. He was open to my ideas and could suggest other ways of thinking based on his years of expertise. We were so pleased with the engagement ring we bought our wedding rings from TriJewels also. This should be everyone's jeweler! I've been working with Vijay and his team for 9 years. The diamond eternity band I just received is an absolute stunner! They always deliver the best pieces whether custom or standard (hard to say standard as everything I've received is astounding). I wanted a ring that would celebrate a recent success and become an heirloom for my family. Vijay was fantastic to work with in helping with the purchase and everything - including patiently answering several of my questions about settings and the price. I saw the ring go on sale with the Valentine’s code so I placed an order last week. I was able to easily pick the exact stones and metal that I wanted in the setting. Immediately after ordering, they reached out to confirm my ring size before they made my ring. The insured package arrived earlier than expected, even with overnight shipping. I absolutely love it! I picked out the diamond I wanted and a band that was close to the correct fitting, but not quite. Once I placed my order, I immediately recieved a call from Vijay. He was very happy and excited to help me out and reassured me that he would make a ring to fit the diamond. The ring was shipped in the time frame I was quoted and arrived sooner than estimated date. Vijay and the TriJewels team proactively and promptly handled every part of my purchase. They were incredibly informative and responsive even outside of regular hours. I ordered an eternity engagement band and two wedding rings and the photos did not do them justice! If I could give Trijewels more than five stars I would! I wanted to gift my neice diamond stud earrings with jackets for her wedding. After much research I found Trijewels online and saw their extensive line of jackets. The first set was a bit too small for the studs, and Trijewels went above and beyond to send wax castings, and then to expedite production and shipment of a new pair in time for the wedding. Don’t hesitate to order from them- their customer service is the best, and the products are just beautiful! Thanks Vijay!
