Well live and learn. This site is completely fraud. They say cotton stretchy and soft & silky. Well what you get is crappy polyester garbage, with no stretch. Not well made and designs are absolutely not what you see on their site. Pictures are totally fake. Also they say shipped in 5-7 days .... expect a month or more. Please beware they will only answer questions with one word answers such as "OK" and I lost $250 Canadian ordering 5 shirts. Will never wear this garbage.

Terrible service, ordered my shirts on 24th August, still has not arrived and it’s now the 13th September,
There website says delivery within 5-7 days worldwide, I’m still waiting 17 days later,
When I first contacted them, they told me i have ordered from the wrong website,
untrustworthy,
I then sent them there website confirming my purchase with there order number; after contacting them via 10 emails later,
Then they told me that I will have to wait for my shirts i purchased from them,
I then screenshot there website policy, of delivery 5-7 days worldwide,
They then told me that they dispatched it on the 3rd of September via Evri, my shirts have still not been delivered, Evri says that the tracking number shows that it’s still with Tomslover,
I requested a refund, as there website says they refund up to 30 days no questions asked,
I’ve not had a refund, they have ignored all my emails.
Do not purchase anything from this company,
If you do, purchase at your own risk.

Below is my email to Tomslover:

It is very surprising that you're asking for a review and I will give you my honest opinion.
You are shadowy, dodgy and fraudulent. You make transacting with you a stressful and unpalatable experience, very opaque.
Your communication is woeful. I made a purchase and there was no acknowledgment of it or an advisory of shipping/delivery for 7 whole days.
You shipped your merchandise with no return shipping label and no clear return address. USPS said that the address from which my merchandise was sent had not been used in over 1 year. So when I returned the shipment to the address it had a forwarding address that failed.
You have no telephone contact and your email address doesn't respond for about 3/4days and that's if you respond at all. You also hide behind the internet and shield yourself from the real world.
The biggest issue of all is that you sell/deliver products that are at total variance from what you advertise online. Your clothings are of horrible quality fabric and sewn very badly.
It is in your own interest to either change your way or change your trade.
On Google review/Trustpilot you do not have a single positive review. Every single reviewer calls you a fraudster, and their claim is that they never get a refund for the horrible product that you sell. I am a living witness and example of that as I am still chasing you via PayPal to get a refund on my transaction.
Very soon, the long arm of the law will catch up with you.

Poor customer service if they respond. Shirt was nothing like pictures. Poor print quality compared to online pictures. I told them 4 times before it showed shipped to cancel my order yet they shipped it anyway. When they would respond they gave me the run around and excuses. Returned policy is non existent. Currently trying to get a credit. Filed fraud with credit card company. Will also be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

Fraud.
I recently purchased shirts from Tomslover and was extremely disappointed. The quality is very poor, and the customer service is lacking. I experienced slow response times and ultimately did not receive a refund for my unsatisfactory purchase.

I urge potential buyers to reconsider. The vibrant colors advertised on social media are misleading—what you receive is subpar. Buying from Tomslover will likely lead to frustration and stress. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

my orders no.1383 as per photos does not match . Secondly totally CRAP product. When receive the product I was make email for return the product after 4 days I have received email they like to give me 20% fro next purchase.
So don’t trust beware this kind of fraud website in Facebook

I ordered two shirts from Tomslover, both of which looked very smart and well made and well presented on the website. Ignoring the fact that the seven day delivery overran by two weeks the shirts that arrived were completely, different, the pattern was blurred and incomplete, the quality was more than of a cheap beach shirt, than the item presented and the quality appeared very poor. I contacted the company twice and haven't received any acknowledgement. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company.

Absolute SCAM !! Senad a cheap crappy print of the shirt instead of one that is pictured. And no respnse when I complained. Your company can burn in hell.
