Toltrazuril is THE BEST medication for treating coccidia. I planned to add some new fowl to my yard and I almost quarantine new animals and dose them. I was out of Toltrazuril and tried this shop for the first time. My medication showed up quickly, in a few days and was packaged well.

I received my order of 3 different…
I received my order of 3 different products- the lids had came off one off some of the meds. It was all over everything. I was having a lousy day already- and I left a negative review- (which now I feel absolutely horrible for doing- because I did not contact them first). Today I received a box with way more replacement product than I had ordered. These people are honestly good. Order from them.

The order was placed on the 8th very late. Dropped off on 9th and arrived on 11th as per shipping requested. We ship as fast as humanly possible. We do not see any delays with this - sorry :)
Saving animals lives
A previous order I had made as a test run of these products ended up saving animals lives. Therefore a reorder is more than necessary. Also very surprised to call and get someone on the phone so quickly to address my questions.

Received wrong size bottles.
I ordered 8 oz bottles of the Small Animal Coccidia & Wormer Bundle and received the 4 oz. bottles.
This is a $50 price difference. I'm not happy. This is my first purchase from this company and I am not impressed so far.

Loved the meds offered & dose info
I love the ability to get some lesser available medications. The website isn't extremely user friendly (hard to navigate on my phone anyway) but really love that there's a dosage calculator & tons of info written about the meds. Would like to see more items offered in the future! I was hoping to find bags of fluids & boxes of syringes but I'll just make an order with another company for the rest of my products. Was definitely worth the cost saved by ordering what you do offer thru this company

Will never buy again from the company
Will never buy again from the company. Had to contact them the 1st time to let them know shipment wasn't recieved. They did contact me advised me was sent back to them wanted more money to try to ship again. Was told they had packaged it incorrectly but I was still responsible for additional shipping costs. Dont know if they can ship to Saskatchewan was told they could prior to ordering. Out over 300 and no products.

We would like to respond to this and say that this was sent and delivery attempted and there was error in Canada. We are not able to speak with Canada when we ship there. The package was returned and we are attempting to ship again. International shipping is costly and we do not up-charge for it. Lastly, we do know items are costly but this order was only $200 not $300. We will do our best to rectify.
