100% satisfied with this group of people. Samantha, Braden, Isaac and a few others that were involved made this experience so relaxed and less stressful. I almost walked away from the vehicle but this team pulled together and found ways to make this deal work. I'm always skeptical about dealerships but this is not your average dealership. I'm a very happy customer and looking forward to making memories with my family in THIScar.

I have never experienced a faster, easier, more transparent, friendlier car-selling experience.

The Thiscar online team communicated very quickly after my inquiry, they accepted a same-day meeting, had impressive offices, were very knowledgable and kind, took little time appraising, were very fair with their offer, and moved quickly to closing (despite power being out due to storms).

We left satisfied, with a check and cashed it the next day, with zero hassle. Bryan Parks and his team were impressive. I highly recommend this company.

If I could put less than one star, I would. This car could be run by AI. There’s absolutely no honorable business practices, and the CEO just sits back and lets his money machine collect his income. They could care less about individual customers, they just want their locked in commission with each sale they sucker you into. Their customer team, is just a bunch of glorified data, entry clerks, and have no power to change anything. AI is probably more human than they are. Issac needs to be replaced and investigated. There are suspicious activities going on at that place. I ran away from there.

I was very skeptical with my first internet auto purchase, but these guys came through with flying colors. They works their butts off. For never setting foot in a dealership, this was the most human experience that I’ve had with car sales. If you’re tired of dealing with those stereotypical salespeople, then this is the answer. I was very pleased with the offer and the timeliness of the process. My only complaint is about the communication. I received no notification of the pickup schedule of my car until the driver appeared at my home. Also no communication about the payment process, which was supposed to be a wire transfer, but turned out to be a paper check. In the end, all went as promised and I am satisfied.

Mayra was an absolute blast to work with, her upbeat character and amazing customer service was off the charts. She did everything she could to get a car at the price that fit my budget. Very well mannered and funny echo and Sam also helped me feel comfortable and up to date on the entire process walking me through the steps, When I buy another car I’m for sure buying it here.
