I became a Think Energy electricity customer in the past few months (I can't wait until my state offers Community Solar). I received the letter from my incumbent advising I had been switched, and I see Think Energy reflected on my monthly bill. I like knowing I signed up for a 3 year term, when I hear all about how high electricity costs are going to go over the next year or more.

I switched to Think Energy last mounth and i'm pretty happy with my choice so far. There fixed-rate plan is cheaper than my old company and i like knowing my bill won't go crazy high out of nowhere.
The best part is they use clean energy, which makes me feel good about helping the environment. Signing up wasn't to hard, and when i had a question, their customer service got back to me pretty quick. They have this Free Energy Club thing that gives you money back, which is cool. It's only been a few weeks, so i can't say i've saved tons of money yet.

If you are looking for an easy way to get price stability & save money on your utility bill, look no further than Think Energy.
With community solar & long term contracts that the customer can cancel at any time with no early termination fee, it is really the way to go.
Add to that the free energy club & you have a real winner.

We love our low guaranteed rate for 3 years and getting our TAX FREE CASH BACK REBATES!! All we’re doing is referring people to you …too bad the restaurants I’ve referred don’t offer something back EVERY month like Think Energy does!

Very simple sign up process. No disconnection or fees. We rent our home so going Solar isn’t an option yet for us.

In our first month we saved $70 by switching to Think Energy we absolutely love it and we’re working on referring the Free energy club too because why not?! 🤩

I recently joined the Think Energy Eletric Company in Chicago, I think it's a great idea that they're trying to help the environment by protecting 50 trees in the Amazon forest for every customer that is registered. Theyre also working with solar energy, I think it is a great opportunity for generation Z because it is our future at stake.

Peter and his Team went about the under flooring Insulation and boiler fittment with a first class professional approach.
From when they arrived on site the Team were very polite,organised and focussed on the job in hand.They worked in a clean and appreciative manner and once complete re- established the house and contents which had been removed to complete the work.

We made the recommended decision to seek a fixed rate long term plan with a 3rd party supplier and Think Energy is the best option!! We’ve saved over $200 so far in two months and each time we’ve had questions somebody was always available online chat and over the phone. Love this supplier!! Recommended 100%!!

No real complaints. Online portal works, automatic payment works. They sent me an email when my plan was expiring, reminding me to renew so that I didn't have any lapse or penalty. Not sure if it's unique to Think Energy since most of it comes from the same source anyway, but I often have power during storms when other neighbors do not.

Customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable as well as actually caring about their customers. Also helps you navigate things in signing up. And even after a few months I had a question and Dan replied instantly. I am very impressed with service and the low price. Highly recommend

I got a letter from BGE saying that Think Energy will be my new electric supplier yesterday or in a few days. I didn't authorize this! In fact I hang up when these companies call because I have yet to see one beat Baltimore Gas Electric (BGE)'s own rates!

The enrollment process was seamless! What a great deal with community solar...5% community solar credit for 20years off my national grid bill! On top of that ,my supply portion of my bill has been free the past 2 months and will continue to be every month for referring 20 others to save as well!

I enrolled as a think energy customer back in February of 2023 it was so simple even I could do it! The website and sign up is very user friendly. I look forward to saving more with the free energy club program think offers, although I’m already very pleased with the money I am saving just by lowering my supply portion of my electric bill!

Best Energy Provider I have found. Been researching energy companies for several years and they all have hidden fees and gimmicks. Think Energy is exactly what they claim to be. One of the lowest fixed rate in almost all markets. but the best part is they give that fixed rate for 3 years. most companies do not do that.

Poor Customer Service.
Make that VERY Poor Customer Service.
Bill is higher than contract amount.
They NEVER return phone calls as they promise. I called 5 times in one week, left messages as instructed, never received a return call.
I also had a $146 credit that they have yet to explain where it went (not to me).
Avoid these people.
