Once I got on the phone with a zebra agent they were great about finding me a low rate for all four of my vehicles. But don't expect the rate you see on the website when you first type in your your information to be accurate, or the company to even be the same. Still, the zebra got me great insurance, at a great price, without giving my information to a hundred different companies like the other insurance shoppers do...
The agent that helped me was kind, patient and very helpful. She searched for ways to save me money on a quote without being asked. I appreciate the help and the experience that I had during my auto insurance search.
I just want to say ive been talking to different agents looking for new car insurance and Andre Rains was hands down the best agent i have ever dealt with. He made the process so easy and non-frustrating that i couldnt have had a better expierence. Tell him again thank you for me. Best agent ever!!! Thanks Anrew Rains!!
I started with a quote online and within minutes an age t called and helped me finish the process. The transaction was quick and seamless. The rates are great and the agent was well informed.
I applied for car insurance online. At the end of the application you have to talk to an agent so they can confirm info and finalize the insurance plan with you. The agent was very helpful, and we ended up changing my insurance plan to something that better suited my situation and what I wanted. I got insurance coverage submitted and approved by the end of the phone call, very quick and easy/helpful service! I will be using Zebra again in the future if I ever need to change my car insurance again!

So the representative was very polite, professional and courteous. She went above and beyond by reaching out to under writers about setting up automatic payments even though I was paying with my card for my son’s insurance. Only problem was that they first told me that I could set automatic payments I would just need to sign a form and that would take care of it but then came back and stated that I could only pay this one time with my card and then set up payments with my son’s card later. So not sure what happened hear but was extremely inconvenient and not cost efficient as it charged me $15 extra without Automatic payments.
The ZEBRA! They think about helping me find the best affordable insurance that fits my needs and wallet! Thank you again for helping me be insured

I had visited a few sites comparing rates and pulled the trigger with yours because one of the companies was the least expensive I had seen and I found your overall format easy. The first representative I talked to was very friendly and did her best to help me. She was unfamiliar with the company that I was interested in but did her best, hampered--partially--by an error on my part. I've forgotten her name, unfortunately, but perhaps you have record of this conversation. I resubmitted my info with adjustment and was then connected to Ciara. She was fantastic and I wasn't surprised that she was from Texas. There really is a Southern thing that's really easy and approachable. In addition, she worked through a couple of small issues to make the whole process not only possible but pleasant. A+ to her. The rate I secured was about $20 a month higher than the initial estimate that popped up on your site but I expected that and it was still a great rate. Lastly, your hold "music" was quirky but I appreciate the effort that you've put into it to make it entertaining. Thanks much. Barclay Virden

The professional service and product knowledge of what's offered. All of my questions were answered with answers that I could understand. My insurance needs were fulfilled with higher coverage than I was anticipating. For a family on a somewhat fixed budget, a cost savings has been realized, and I thank the sales agent for taking the time to sort out a policy.

Web site stated agents were standing by. 1st call waited 15 minutes. 2nd call waited 8ish minutes.
Call was long. Mr. Glen Garza was professional but has a bad habit of allow dead air on call without checking back at regular intervals.
Mr. Glen Garza could improve his customer relations skills by addressing customers formally until given expressed permission to address informally.
Mr. Glen Garza was pleasant and professional despite dealing with a tough customer such as myself.
Mr. Garza is a credit to the Zebra organization in my opinion.

I gave 5 Stars only because the agent was efficient and a pleasure to do my business. But....I have a 2006 vehicle and just PL&PD is over $75-. Full coverage on my newer car was $123-. Is it my age? Is it my credit score? How about I HAVEN'T HAD ANY VIOLATIONS AND I HAVE A CDL? That should count for something. We'll, I need insurance, you have me now. Thank you for letting me vent.

I called and was quickly connected with Vicki. She was so helpful and thorough. She made sure to find me the best deal. I ended up saving $200 a month with the plan she found for me. Awful! You enter all info and get 2 quotes from some companies you never heard of (and they are higher than your current quotes anyway) and the big companies like progressive, geico, all state they just share a link to those companies where you enter the info again. This company (zebra) spends money on putting their name on top of google search instead. Total waste of time!
