I bought a jacket but the measurements were not the same as the listing description. Even though the item was final sale, the team was understanding enough to grant a return for a refund. Good customer service!

The estimated sizes were all over the place and no where close to right. They varied widely even between multiple postings of the same item from different sellers. An item I got was way too big because of the measurements and I didn’t end up buying a leather jacket because the measurements were all over the place and I couldn’t risk it.

Was very surprised when I received the shoes that they contained mud and dog feces in the tread. I understand that they were used but really??? In my opinion, the company should clean the products or only accept cleaned products to resale. Disappointed

Quality has gone downhill over the last few years. I’ve ordered several pieces that have been labeled the wrong size. The size is literally on the clothing, just sloppy stuff. Overpricing on items as well. I’m still gonna buy but it’s overall really a bummer.

The condition of the item was accurate, the piece has rarely or never been worn and was definitely genuine. However, I've noticed that The Real Real's measurements are 95% of the time inaccurate. I cannot stress enough that as a midsized person (I fluctuate anywhere from a size 8 to a size 12) The Real Real needs to show Mid and plus sized items on mid and plus sized mannequins!!! Because I was framiliar with the brand, I ordered the dress anyways knowing that the measurements were wrong and the dress would fit. There are SO many pieces I would love to purchase from TRR but am too afraid to due to the horrendously inaccurate measurements listed for a majority of the pieces listed.

The wallet arrived on time and well packaged. While it was exactly as described, sadly it did not fit the items I was hoping it could carry so I had to return it. The returns process was easy and painless and Kenan in customer service was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely continue to use TRR. Highly recommend.

I always find what I am looking for and then some. The selection is plentiful and the quality is well documented you can see where the wear is on the item. Fast delivery as well. I did have one exchange and a couple of cancellations due to the item not in inventory after I purchased but those transactions were handled professionally and with no issues.

I ordered a Rag &Bone sweater and long sleeve shirt that I love- they were just as pictured/described. I also ordered a size 27 pair of Mother jeans. I’m so disappointed! They have the tag inside that says 27, but I can tell you- this ain’t a 27. All my other jeans including a few pairs of Mothers are 27s and slide on easily- this pair fit like. 24. I could barely get them over my legs and then I couldn’t zip them up! I would’ve liked if someone at TRR could’ve confirmed they are true to size given there are no returns. I guess I’ll just donate them now.

My first time shopping with TRR and 2 out of the 6 pairs of shoes I bought were NOT AS DESCRIBED. One pair of Celine shoes described as in GOOD CONDITION had a completely broken zipper on 1 shoe with no mention of any broken zipper! The 2nd pair of Celines were described as in VERY GOOD CONDITION but had substantial wear to the back soles of both shoes and the fabric had large areas with pulls in them on both shoes, again nothing was mentioned about this -- yet I have to pay $15 for shipping to return them!!

The description of my item (a handbag) included a shoulder strap which I did not receive. They did offer me a $25 credit but considering that shipping is $14.99 most of the credit would go towards that so I end up with $10 and it is not possible to wear the bag as a crossbody which was my intention. They did offer me a refund but I am disappointed since I really liked the bag.
