I have tried many other systems but Carlos loaded system has been the best for me so far he is real hands on and answer any questions you may have and also gives great mentorship other system you never get to speak to the actual person running the program from my experience. Carlos and his team have built something really special with The Loaded Lead System. Before joining, I didn't realize how much this opportunity would blow my expectations out of the water. I would say that I received about 15x the value I thought I would. It took me and my business from being a solo-prenuer / realtor to really being a business owner having well over 12 people working for me. Full time callers, many different processes and systems set in place, quality control managers, system managers, huge networking opportunities with different people integrated in the community and of course the guidance and coaching from Carlos Puckerin, and other heavy hitting business owners he brings into the community. Honestly it changed my life putting my income in my hand. I was dying at my previous brokerage for months with no leads, no help and no guidance but within the first 30 days being with carlos and this program i had a deal in the books, now fast forward a few months within the past 30 days i have a more than a million dollars worth of deals in my on the market. Carlos and his expansive system has giving me something i can sink my teeth into to learn, grow, and most importantly make money. Before joining the Loaded Agent Program, I was an investor who had tried another system to generate leads and setting up appointments which was expensive with minimal results. After joining Carlos’s team and utilizing his system, not only am I guaranteed warm to hot leads but also have appointments setup for you by the highly trained VA’s who are very detail oriented. With his system, all I have to do is call the seller clients to confirm the appointments and close with them. The thing I appreciate the most from Carlos are his weekly zoom meetings to provide different scenarios for different leads from overcoming objections to how to close a deal with difficult sellers. With this system, you also get Carlos’s personal training approach for holding you accountable and making sure that you’re checking in on the leads assigned to you to ensure that you’re doing follow up calls or texts. One thing that I appreciated when I joined his team and utilizing his system is having a mentor on ground to go with you to these appointments in order to build up your confidence and observe how a Loaded Agent is suppose to operate in the field. In addition to the system, you’ll have a team working with you on how to manage the leads and how to set up the system to your preference to reach your goals.
