Absolutely fantastic customer service after I originally ordered the wrong size. Everything I have purchased has been great quality, looks exactly like the pictures and fits me like a glove. I’m only 5 foot one and about 100 pounds and the extra small is perfect for me in size Petite.

It takes three times as long to receive an order as they claim. The first order I paid for 2-3 day shipping and I received my order a business week after it shipped. The second order I placed I chose 8-10 day shipping and received my order 5 weeks after it shipped. Don't assume your clothes will get here before your event!
There is a generous return window. Item quality is what you expect from fast fashion obsessed with athleisure.

This is the only seller that asks for pictures when returning items. If an item doesn't fit me, I'm not going to upload my picture wearing the item. This seller needs to make uploading pictures optional. Not everyone is comfortable uploading their body pictures with an item that doesn't fit them. I'm never buying again from this seller.

I made the mistake of forgetting to change my address. The system does not allow for changes. I immediately contacted halara,and (I mean seconds after ordering) and received a response to call rhe shipping company. I responded that they gave a bad email and phone #. No one responded after that.

The pants were high waisted and shaping. The fabric is a little thick for summer, might work better for me in the fall. My biggest complaint is that the shaping nature of the fabric also makes it a bit tight and uncomfortable, so I'm looking forward to changing into my sweatpants by the end of the day.
I'm 5'8" and 170 lb. Exchanging medium regular for regular tall.

The quality of the clothes is absolutely amazing. I purchased joggers that were a bit too tight and instead of returning them they gave me a full credit. I will work on the diet to get them to fit and will be making another order (or 2) very soon.

The product seems great - washed once and hung to dry. Only complaint is I accidentally ordered 2 navy and within 12 hours had emailed to delete one. Wanted a dark purple colour along with the blue and 3 other pairs I ordered. They waited 2 1/2 days to respond and said the order had shipped - when in fact only a shipping label had been created. They say they will respond quickly but not so much - takes a couple of days.
Having said this I will order again but triple check my order before hitting submit as you have to pay to ship items back.

A good company to deal with in my experience. The jeans I received exactly match the description on the website. The order was despatched from China and so took some time to arrive in the UK, but it arrived before the expected date and was tracked in detail all the way.

I purchased two pairs of leggings different styles, a size too small not too long ago but loved the quality so I purchased them again in a larger size and saved the smaller size for later ;). Haven’t tried them on but I can tell they’ll be perfect! Great quality!

I was so excited to receive my order. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find that non of the straps on my dresses were adjustable! There is no way to make the tops fit properly. I have been trying to return the three dresses I purchased and can not get the return service on the website to work correctly. I need a label or communication from Halara to return these unusable items!!!!!

Do not want to hate on the brand, but this was the first time ordering from Halara and I have not received this package after 3 days of it being marked shipped. Halara does not have additional insight to help with this matter, therefore, I may be SOL and still not able to truly give this brand a chance.

I really like my pants. They are super comfortable and just fit perfect. I was definitely skeptical and the only thing I didn’t like is that it takes forever to get them. I get paid Tuesday and the first thing I’m going to do is order another pair of pants!

Fast free delivery, the only downside is that royal mail didn't let me know when my delivery would be, fortunately I was home, so it wasn't a problem.

I was able to get my size right on all the items because of the detailed info on the app. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my items arrived. The quality of the fabrics and stitching is high for the price. I will definitely be purchasing again from Halara.
