I purchased a custom engagement ring for my fiancée, and the experience couldn’t have been better. All I had to do was send over my ideas and suggest changes, and then let Adi work his magic. It turned out exactly how I envisioned, and the diamond selection was unbeatable. First time buyer, I bought a diamond not sure what to expect.
They took longer than expected (two weeks) to ship, especially when they charged a $50 "overnight shipping" fee. However, the diamond they sent was worth the wait. Very nice product.

We’d like to clarify a few points regarding the $50 fee and shipping timeline. The $50 charge is not for overnight shipping. As stated on the product page, in bold, and on your invoice, this fee applies to shipping and handling when purchasing a loose diamond under $1,350 without the setting. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding this.
Additionally, the estimated shipping time was communicated throughout the process. The "Shipment Details" section on the product page provides an estimate of the number of business days or weeks it takes before an item is shipped. As noted, we do not process orders over weekends, and all orders received before noon PST are processed the same business day.
If expedited overnight shipping is required, we offer an option for Saturday delivery for an additional $50 fee. Please note that the product page clearly defines the 8-12 business day notation on every diamond on our site.
We strive to ensure transparency at every step, and we hope this helps clarify the process. We appreciate your feedback and your business, and we’re thrilled that you are happy with your diamond!

I could not be happier with my purchase. I bought a gorgeous, excellent cute, round loose diamond that I had put in my current setting. Took it to Jared and had their jewelers put it in. The price was amazing. The diamond is even more amazing. What I got was bigger, better quality and 1/10 of the cost of a diamond I was looking at Jared. The sale’s lady couldn’t believe what I paid. So glad I made this purchase.

I bought an oval lab stone earlier this month for a ring that Art of Jewels created. Through the online chat feature, I asked the gemologist online to vet 3 stones that I had picked out - well, only one of three was acceptable. They actually picked a better one within the same price range, carat size, and specs - which I promptly ordered. The ring arrived last week and is absolutely beautiful - white, light, and it sparkles like crazy. Ring was well made too, I couldn't be happier. I am sure that I wouldn't have such a great piece of jewelry if they did not have great service.

Everything from the pricing to the way you build out a ring was amazing. I’m grateful to have found Art of Jewels. I was able to find my now wife an amazing engagement ring that she loved without having to spend many thousands of dollars. The ring also showed up in around the time they estimated (10-12 business days) and their online tracker shows the different production stages the ring is currently is which gave me piece of mind while I waited for the ring.

Beautiful stones and excellent customer service. Adi provided assistance in picking out matching stones for a pair of mounted earrings. I’m petite, when the earrings arrived I felt they were too large for me. I thought returning these since they were mounted already would be a hassle. IT WAS NOT! Customer service was speedy in sending the return label. Refund was processed immediately with no questions asked. LOVE, LOVE THIS COMPANY! I’m in the process of ordering smaller stones and would not consider using any other company.

Ordered a lab grown diamond. Delivery and quality were both fantastic for the cost. However, when I asked about returning they were very sketchy with it and I fear I may have not been able to return it if I had needed to. I spoke with a representative over email and they tried telling me something contrary to their return policy, I was able to convince them that was wrong but it still worries me that if I had needed to go through with the return it would of been a headache.

My boyfriend wanted to buy me a ring to celebrate our love. He found the Art of Jewels and built a gorgeous ring for me. He contacted the staff and he guided him with the right setting and good recommendations. At the same time, I bought a band for him. The process was easy, the site gave a lot of information and allowed me to view the ring before the purchase. Once the purchase was done, I was able to track the process. The ring was shipped earlier than promised. When I got the ring from my boyfriend, it was an upgraded stone which was bigger, better color quality and cut. What a pleasant surprise!! I love the gorgeous ring and I love my boyfriend more 🥰. My boyfriend also loves the band I bought him. We thought both rings complement each other. We love this website and I’m ready to refer any of my friends who are ready to invest in their relationship with a precious ring.
