I received the 12 ball package of Green Dot balls. I’ve been playing tennis for over 50 years and teaching juniors for a number of years, I completely understand the balls do not bounce at 100% like a regular ball. The Balls I received were bouncing at about 30%(basically Dead green dots). The supervisor explained the balls are supposed to bounce less than regular balls and did nothing. I use the balls for instruction. Very disappointed in your response. Unfortunately, I will use another source for my next need for balls.

I was concerned about the long delay in my order. It took a few days to get a response, but they let me know the items were on backorder. It would have been helpful if they had provided a timely update. I received all of the items in my order, and will definitely do business with them again.

From purchase date (8/30) to receipt date (today, 9/8) is 10 days, which seemed long..I appreciate the ‘free shipping’ but really I’d almost rather pay for faster shipping. The length of shipping is probably on the USPS (their service is in decline). Probably not your fault…just sharing my experience buying from you online…

I ordered tennis shoes and the shoelaces of both shoes were smaller and bigger and i dint notice and after 2 wearing 2 days i notice, and i call to customer care and they told that they can’t replace the shoes or neither they can refund money because i wore for 2 days, but thats the company fault too. And they told they will credit back 15 bucks but thats not fair, not gonna order anymore from tennis point anymore.
