Charged on 18 August for service Tech came out to the house and said the fiber was not lit, plus they needed to dig a trench to the house. Almost 4 weeks later and no follow up at all from bright speed. This is ridiculous in terms of customer service. I’d rate you zero stars but don’t have that option

Today I called to cancel my VoIPstudio account because I no longer needed it, after a couple of months of not using it I decided to do the call, I asked them to guide me on how to cancel, and the answer was prompt, I loved the service and maybe I would give them a try again in the future, the only thing I didn't like is the fact that I would lose $22 + dollars left in my account, and no other option given to me on what to do

Early this morning I had one of the best technical Support experiences – or indeed of any sort of support experience – ever. Having installed a Maya eSIM for a future trip abroad in my iPhone, I somehow did something which made my own ordinary phone number completely disappear and caused the phone app not to function at all, nor could text messages be sent / received, meaning that two factor authentication would also not work if I needed to to get into any sites or apps which required it, in the interim. Needless to say this felt like a very serious situation with no working phone functions, especially given that my normal provider only offers email help and state that they may not respond until 24 hours is up and also that they are not necessarily available 24 hours a day. So at 2AM (where I was) I contacted MAYA and the most amazing magician there, Hario W, a support engineer, esponded almost immediately with an offer to help. Withlincredible patience to establish what the problem was, and then how it could be fixed, Hario eventually helped me fix the problem. Nothing was too much trouble. There was no question he was unable to answer immediately, and the emails were flying thick and fast: no waiting around while he also dealt with someone else (as happens so often, and so frustratingly, on chat lines). Hario never once stopped responding helpfully until the issue was resolved. His prompt responses were invariably courteous, helpful and clearly explained. You could not wish for more perfect Customer Service in any respect: an extremely rare experience these days, in my experience. In addition, I had used a Maya eSIM on a previous trip, and it worked seamlessly and was easy to use, and good value. I cannot recommend Maya highly enough - a magical experience all round which “just worked”, seemingly, at any time of day or night. It seems to be unstintingly there, just when you need it. Other companies should use Customer Services role model of best practice. I wouldn’t think twice to use Maya’ services on future occasions. Truly outstanding Customer Service - thanks Maya, and Hario!

Whatsapp is about to stop supporting kaios, meaning I can't use whatsapp on my Nokia 8000. This would have to be replaced with an i phone with 14.1 or newer ios version. A) I am a pensioner with a limited budget and b) I don't like big heavy phones. I do like the iphone mini 12 but the ones i've seen say its run on ios 14 rather than 14.1. I contacted whatsapp customer services and asked if whatsapp is supported on phones with 14 ios. That is out of their scope, they replied. That is shocking. It's a really straight forward question and the answer is either yes or no. Shocking customer service. We are being forced to spend more money than we can maybe afford on some monstrosity. Could this be a ploy by Apple to take over the mobile phone world??? I am disgusted by the policy and by whatsapp customer non-service.
