The best thing about Swappa is the accuracy of the battery health for iPhone purchases. As long as they keep offering that as a pre-purchase fact (instead of a generalization like “battery health will be over 80%)” I will continue to use them first - before I check any other site. It sets them apart from other sites like eBay, Backmarket or Gazelle. I refuse to buy an iPhone without knowing exactly what I’m buying. Swappa is the leader in that regard.

Yeah so I got the phone and it was unlocked and was compatible with t mobile ( my carrier) But the day after I got the phone it would randomly stop and freeze and shut off. I thought that was a one time indecent but it wasn't I would be texting or just watching a video it would just freeze and the pixels on the screen would become all scattered and then sometimes it would make a weird noise like a low beeping sound and just get hot and shut off. This has happened over 12 times now and I only got the phone yesterday. I need a full refund and can someone tell me what's wrong with it.

Swappa staff stepped in with help when Seller (who was new) took too long with shipping. The Seller then stepped up and the sale proceeded in a timely fashion. I feel I got a great iPhone for a great price. Swappa has good policies and protections in place for buying an iPhone. I would recommend and would buy again!
