I purchased a 6-cup Tatung rice cooker for my mom, who was super pleased when it arrived at her doorstep. It made her day and the rest of her year because her old one finally worn out after more than a decade. I stumbled upon Superco by accident but will purchase from them any day over Amazon for Asian goods.

The product we got was really good and was able to replace our old one just nicely. There wasn't any parts missing or any malfunctions. I was skeptical at first since the prices everywhere else for the same product were higher than this place, but I'm glad that I decided to buy from here. Would recommend to all!

The internet sales department is good both times I order online. Installation, so-so. The team claims that they called both times, but they really didn't. Overall, I stayed on top of my orders and got my installation done.

Good rice cookers are expensive. Superco had the exact model I was looking for and cost $65 less than that "Prime" place and had free shipping. I was skeptic at first but decided to buy after reading the reviews of Superco. I'm glad I did. Our new Zojirushi Induction cooker is legit and actually makes rice taste better! Shipping was fast and packaged well. Communication was also excellent. Received lots of updates to where they were in the process.

I'm so glad I made this purchase for the Neuro Fuzzy with this store. It was not available at the time, but for me they made it available to buy as a backorder. It was only a couple weeks or so later when they shipped it in a well protected outer box.
The cooker works really well, now no more issues with getting sushi and regular long grain brown rice correct. The maker of the cooker is available by phone for consult on recipe if not sure, they had also affirmed this store is an authorized dealer. A very fine well made machine from a very nice store. Really happy with my experience.
I've never been to Superco's brick and mortar store but took a chance and ordered a Zojirushi water boiler online. It came delivered to San Francisco in perfect condition. Good packaging that wasn't wasteful. Timely shipping. It was also a really good deal, the price was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Couldn't fault Superco and would order from them again.

We orded on the 23rd. It was delivered on the 29th. A short shipment totally in Cslifornia. It sat for 3 days in a warehouse without leaving. We were impressed by the quality of the product

I was a bit skeptical in the very beginning since I never heard about the website and also their price is surprisingly lower than the fair market price.
It turned out that I worried too much. Authentic products, really nice customer service and super fast shipping! Love it.
Now I know where to check for my next purchase, especially with home appliance!

Frankly I was initially a little bit worried about the company because of the name and the discount prices. However I did some research including looking them up on Trust Pilot and decided to give them a try
The website said the item we were interested in was out of stock. I used the chat feature and found out they were expecting a shipment soon and that we could go ahead and order it to be on the backordered list.
We went ahead and ordered the item and it actually shipped a day earlier than they said so it arrived early.
I'm sure we'll be ordering from them again.

Although the reviews aren’t many, the site is legit. This is a very unpopular site but it is nonetheless trustworthy. The shipping is quick and fast. Price is lower than what you can find on other websites including Amazon. If you found what you need on this site, just buy it. I guarantee you won’t regret.

Was a little apprehensive because there didn't seem to be a lot of reviews within the site itself and the price of the rice cooker was consistently lower than other places. The order was delivered well ahead of the holiday date and in excellent condition. Would have no issues ordering from them again.

I am not in a region Superco has stores so I had never heard of them. I was a little skeptical about whether they were a trustworthy company but was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I got. They very quickly confirmed my order and shipped it same day, it arrived very quickly. Highly recommend Superco.
