Absolutely shocking items

Absolutely shocking items, look nothing like the pictures on the website, the quality of items received are cheap and tacky! Do not buy, I don’t understand how they can get away with sending items that look nothing like what you think your buying from the pictures and the prices aren’t cheap either! Very dissatisfied, and a complete waste of money, please don’t waste your time or money!

Not a trustworthy business

I place an order back around the first part of August and by August 24th I had not heard a word from this company I never got a confirmation and/or status of shipment. I emailed the Sunfere and two days later I got a response after I sent another email asking for someone to please respond. The response I got was that my order was on back order that it was a popular item and that they were working hard to get it out. It said that my ONE ITEM was in the final processing stage and would be shipped out in the next 5-7 days that they would ship it out priority for any i convenience. Today is September 13th and I have received NOTHING, not a word from Sunfere and definitely not the item I paid my hard earned money for. I think that I have been very patient and have waited over a month and yet I have nothing. This is not a place I would ever shop with again, unless you have money to throw away.

The Mavis Dress is absolutly a stunning piece which it did have a long waitlist, and while I checked your order status, it was actually out for delivery on Friday. Again, we do aplogize for the waiting time due to we value quality the most, and our product have a very restrict manufacture standard which casue the production speed is not as quick as you expect. I believe you have received your parcel while we reply this review. We hope you would love your product as our product team are trully work hard on this hardcrafted piece.) I placed an order for a dress 4 weeks ago.

I haven't received my order yet and I'm still waiting for any updates. Despite sending three emails a few weeks ago, I haven't received a response.

The customer service was great

The customer service was great, and I received my dress on time. The dress is beautiful, and the quality is really good. This is the first time I've had a good experience with customer service when I've bought something online.

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive but the Adela dress I bought was only £36 was wasn’t too concerned, my gosh, it was amazing! I was half expecting it to arrive paper thin but it was exactly as it was seen and quite good quality, and, I got so many compliments.

The dress fit perfectly

The dress fit perfectly, but the shipping information didn't update on time. I spent over $100 on two dresses, so I was worried about possible fraud. But the team gave me the information I needed when I emailed them. I hope the tracking page is more accurate next time.

scam

I ordered a dress (long flowy orange one) when it arrived it looked nothing like the dress advertised. I later found out the original advert was actually from net-a-porta for a dress that was worth more than £800.

After requesting a refund, I am yet to actually receive said refund and before Sunfere responds with 'please allow 7-10 business days' it's been SEVENTEEN business days and still no refund!!
