Sent second email to StyleVana there is…

Sent second email to StyleVana there is no response the tracker still shows London Heathrow location but there is no update after that its been more than a month since i placed the order.
Highly disappointed with Stylevana.

Worth the wait

Was looking for a particular item at a price that o could afford, I came across Stylevana And was happily surprised at the prices. I took a chance and ordered. Good communication throughout, and lots of amazing offers. Took about 3 weeks to arrive but worth the wait and I am very pleased with the product and free gifts too! Thank you.
Will definitely use again.

BEWARE! Order not filled. $76 not refunded.

I ordered $76.54 in skincare on 8/2/2024. I was notified that my order was shipped on 8/5/2024. When I didn’t receive it, I checked the tracking number and discovered that my order was mislabeled and was returned to the warehouse on 8/20/2024. Afterwards, I emailed Stylevana customer service multiple times, providing full information for them to correct their error. They have failed to send my order, or to refund my money. BEWARE!

I honestly made a huge mistake ordering…

I honestly made a huge mistake ordering products from your store & I’ll forever regret it . Everything about your service is poor , whenever i ask about my product you use a BOT to reply with same message. Then you send me tracking number of a few of my orders without even stating what shipping company to do the tracking. It will be nice if you guys treat customers orders same way you send update messages on new products & promos .You guys are so unbelievable.

Im reading lots of bad reviews on here…

Im reading lots of bad reviews on here but for me personally everything went well the past two times when i ordered my skin care... for once i always make sure that the item im adding to my basket is "in stock and can be shipped in 24 hours" + I add a protection fee to ensure that if there was a missing item I would be eligible to receive the it afterwards or I'd get a refund... all the products I have ordered arrived in perfect condition and for a good price

Vana is amazing

My experience with Vana is amazing. Lots of deals. Hopefully they will get more stocks for whitening and brightening especially Thai Beauty Products that are popular now a days. Great deals and the shipment is very fast.

Love This Site!

The prices and options of different brands/products is unbeatable! The shipping can be improved in terms of being quicker (maybe use DHL), but so far, I have not had any issues like some of the reviewers have been saying. I have ordered about 3 times to the US, and the packages all arrived in good condition, with no damage to any products. I always make sure to add items that are available to ship within 24 hours. Maybe that’s something to note when shopping here, because some items say ‘Will ship within 30days’ and it’s easy to overlook. Overall, it typically takes about 2 weeks or so for delivery. Also, for some reason the mystery gift is always 'unavailable.' That being said, I absolutely love being able to get free gifts by using the codes to try new products that I might not have tried otherwise. Thank you Stylevanna!!

Order never arrived

I placed an order but it never arrived. Their site says it got delivered, but I didn’t get a confirmation email or something. Also the DHL track and trace site does not even recognize the tracking number :/
So yeah I don’t recommend shopping here

Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with this skincare company. After waiting more than 2 months for my order that was placed on July 8th, I was informed that my package was being held up by customs. They offered to arrange a replacement. I requested a refund instead, but shockingly, I received no response at all.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to deliver my order in a timely manner, but they also ignored my request for a refund. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of communication and care for customers. I won’t be ordering from this company again and would advise others to avoid it as well.

Great selection and product quality

I have been purchasing product from SV for a year now and never had a bad experience. Every product I have gotten is good quality and my daughter and I have some favorites that we have repurchased. There is good variety of product for every taste and pocket.
One thing I would like to see improve is how long it takes to receive your order. You have to be willing to wait almost a month.

Order Still has not shipped!!

I placed an order on the 1st of September, and I still have not received a tracking number for my order 2 weeks later. I received an automated response to my email to customer service saying that they would get in touch with me and they have not. Unbelievable.

Worst Experience Ever

I made an order on July 9th and till today which is September 12th, I didn't receive it. I contacted the customer support numerous times with no response. I even contacted the shipping company twice and I still don't know where my parcel is. It is wasted money!

Your website is terrible

Your website is terrible. If you are in the middle of a purchase and need to go back to another screen you lose all the information that you have already imput.

Waste of time and money

Just like many other customers, I ordered a couple of items on July 31 2024 and it is currently September 12 2024 and I still have not received my order or any help from stylvevana and their terrible customer service! Stay away unless if you like to give out free money!!!!

Customer service pessimo

IL SERVIZIO CLIENTI FA SCHIFO.
Ho avuto una pessima esperienza.
Ho creato per sbaglio un nuovo account, contatto il servizio clienti e mi cancellano sia l'account da cancellare che il mio account principale....nell'altro avevo un sacco di punti Vana. Nessuno mi ha aiutato e dopo aver fatto il danno si sono dileguati...2 settimane di email e nessuna risposta o risposte da Robot.
FOR IT STYLEVANA CUSTOMER SERVICE- THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE- DONT YOU DARE WRITING THAT YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU ACTUALLY DON'T GIVE A DAMN OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND I'M WRITING EMAILS FOR ALMOST A WEEK!!! FOR YOUR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" FAULT MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED AND I LOST ALL MY VANA POINTS AFTER MORE THAN A YEAR OF BEING A GOOD CUSTOMER... YOU CANCELED MY ACCOUNT AND AFTER THAT NOBODY IS ANSWERING SERIOUSLY???

Severely Disappointed

Have been ordering from Stylevana about 3 times. First two times were ok. As it was shipped from China, I received my goods in a fortnight the first time, and had a longer waiting time for my second, as I ordered items not in stock. Stylevana was very good and obliged my request to cancel the item in waiting and thankfully, due to their efficient response, received the rest of my order a fortnight later.
Unfortunately this last time, parcel was stuck in customs for the last 24 days. I attempted to alert them twice and received a bot reply to wait some more twice. I have since lodged a case file with PayPal as I would probably be getting the same bot reply to wait another 10 days which is unacceptable. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Awful experience and still not…

Awful experience and still not resolved...bulk order came and a number of the units were split and open (obviously in transit). Have spoken to Live Chat, have emailed Support@ with all information, order number, images of damaged items etc on 4 x seperate occasions. No response at all - avoid at all costs!

great site!!

great site!!! I placed an order on August 25 and received it today.) I was very worried because I read a lot of negative comments that this is a scammer. But in my case everything went perfectly, the manager was always in touch with me (special thanks) not letting me doubt that I would really receive my order
