Really easy going process!

The tracking was pretty nice it skipped a few steps but I always knew where my package was and I appreciate that. The shoes are in good condition the box only has a small dent in the top the stock x tag isn’t very big or in the way, and I really appreciated the discount codes. Overall I really liked the process and will definitely be ordering again!

Fast Delivery, Quallity Product

delivery said package would arrive monday however it arrived saturday 2 days early which was a nice surprise. the quallity of the shoes it great, although stock x shares a rumor that some of their stuff is fake my shoes are real

Good place to buy shoes

It was my first time buying from StockX. I ordered some Nikes for my brother’s birthday and the process went pretty smoothly. The only thing I had an issue with was in the beginning when StockX said that the seller had 2-3 business days to ship the shoes and it ended up being around 5-6 days I think which delayed things and I got the package later than expected. Other than that, everything else went smoothly, StockX always kept me updated on where my shipment was, and I’m happy with the service.

Thumbs up

Great communication on status which makes u feel comfortable. If delivery times could be shortened a little it would be better but that’s a small price to pay for comfort in making an online purchase.

(1) The 2 pairs of the Nike running shoes, that I ordered, were in perfect condition.
(2) The delivery was "faster than a speeding bullet".
(3) Customer Service was beyond outstanding.

Stock X is my "go to" place whenever I need running shoes.

Expensive shipping, good customer service

The carrier in Germany, DPD, mishandled the shipment at first. After reaching out to StockX's customer service, the parcel was sent again free of charge and actually arrived. So yes, the shipping to Germany is expensive, but the customer service very accommodating and friendly on top.
Shoes were in the ordered condition (I was just surprised by the insoles being glued to the inner sole, but I was able to rip them out without doing damage to the shoe and with only minor residues on the inner sole.

First time buying from StockX

First time buying from StockX. got a previous generation hoka trail running shoes with heavy discount. Took some time to be delivered as it goes to StockX for verification, but the product was perfect. V happy.

Excellent service!

Everything was perfect, it takes a few days before they send you your shoes but it’s worth it. You can follow the shipment since day one and my package arrived in perfect conditions.

Ordered a size uk 5.5 fully thinking it…

Ordered a size uk 5.5 fully thinking it was going to be adults size but got sent a baby’s size so disappointed with that. And even after being “checked” there was visible glue on the right shoe, the fabric looked distressed which it wasn’t supposed to be and there was a loose thread. I know most shoes aren’t going to be perfect but they just don’t look real even though they’ve been “checked”. quite disappointed cause I was really looking forward to my new pair of shoes

bad time

make a purchase by mistake. I just wanted to see the final value of the purchase and I simply received a purchase notification before I could see minorden before approving. I tried to cancel the order immediately and it was impossible and most of the page is pessimistic. I had previously made several purchases and I did not have this type of problem. Now I believe that you can also return the item no matter how it turned out. I would not recommend this payment for purchases.

The fact they work so hard to verify…

The fact they work so hard to verify all products being sold is awesome! You know you are getting good authentic products! The seller was great with representing the product, getting it shipped off quickly, was packaged great. It got to me safely and quickly! Was my first time and great experience. I keep the app close by and I’m excited for my future orders with you guys!

You mother fu**ers go purchase…

You mother fu**ers go purchase something with out my authorization and I want to return the items that are that I didn’t purchase and I would like to also collect my refund so I want to know who is gonna tell me because I’m trying to call Number. I emailed somebody and there’s no response you guys are the worst.

First and last time buying from StocksX

First and last time buying from this website.
I bought a “Gucci basketball” according to the description, The ball took two weeks to arrive and when l opened it, the ball doesn’t show any Gucci brand or letters. The description is deceiving and misleading, so when l went to the returns policy l read that StocksX would put it for sale and when it sells, l get my money back, so l guess it can take years to sell! I prefer regular websites where l can buy and -if necessary- return the item l didn’t like or it is not what l was expecting.

Without a doubt, l stay with my favorite websites.

Ordered new shoe when they arrived

Ordered new shoe when they arrived. Shoe were damaged. Contact them filed my complaint. They reached out. And then ghosted me. All these guarantees and inspections and they didn’t notice the holes and they stopped communicating

My order took much longer that it was estimated. the estimate never changed throughout the shipping process. I received only one email saying my order was going to be late yet it took almost double the time to get my order.

Pretty good experience overalll

Pretty good experience overalll. the price was good for the pair i was looking for. The shipping too a little long becuase i guesss it had to go to an authenticator first then come to me. but im happy with the purchase
