I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and every employee I have ever spoke with. They go above and beyond on every order. I have some older parts where the part number has worn off. They stay on the line with me until we find the correct part. Absolutely amazing customer service.

Fast shipping, well packaged, easy installation. Biggest issue for me was using the device. Sprayed one time so far, instructions not too clear. Learned more watching you tube videos regarding the operation. Enjoy the large screen and us expandable as our needs grow. Great product.

I order one part but it came as the wrong size. So i call the company and told them what had happen and they immediately corrected the mistake, and they send me the correct size with a quick turnaround. DIY spray rig boom. I needed help badly.
I received the information/education needed to allow me the understanding on how to make my own spray boom.
The fittings, nozzles, sizes, to get the proper coverage without any space between the spray nozzle area.
Then ordering the parts needed was easy from their site. A piece of cake. They have my business going forward.

I am a farmer in California, and I also own an irrigation company. Like all farmers, I need to be efficient in everything I do. Chris at SpraySmarter was the only person in the 4 companies I called who could answer my questions "quickly". That expertise always guides my purchase decisions. I have a simple rule of thumb for all our employess...."Make it easy for me to buy and I will". Thats what Chris did, obviously in agriculture it's always about doing the right thing, and the experience I had with the team at SpraySmater cemented a lifelong relationship. I have and will tell everyone I talk to about vendor partnerships that the SpraySmater team are my "Go To".

I live in Germany and wanted to upgrade the sprayer wands on my two backpack sprayers. There are several YouTube videos showing how to assemble a wand using brass components and allow the use of TeeJet nozzles. Finding the components in Germany was impossible and finding U.S. vendors who would ship to international customers was also a challenge. Fortunately all but one component for my two sprayers was available from SpraySmarter. I bought the blue 29PSI Constant Flow valve (11/16-inch threads) from another vendor. SpraySmarter shipped my order via USPS Priority Mail Express International, and I am very happy with the service.

The website was efficient and the catalog is expansive. Finding specific items is no issue though. Shipping is fast and the customer portal is comprehensive. I now trust them and would come here first in the future to find niche items.

Spray Smarter was the on place I could find the valve I needed included the manufacturer. The price was good and I received the part in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Original shipment was lost by carrier. I was given a full refund and reordered the product which I received.
Several weeks later I received the original order. When I informed them of this and asked for return packaging, they told me to keep the item and thanked me for my business.
Each representative was very courteous and helpful!
I will definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered parts that looked like in picture on line but did not match what we got. Called and got the right ones ordered and they sent them with a return label to send others back. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Original package was destroyed by postal service.
All I received from USPS was a we're sorry letter with the mailing label from the damaged package.
Contacted SpraySmarter.com customer service and they sent a new pair of Banjo 3" fully ported ball valves to fulfill the original order.

Fairly quick delivery but shipping costs make no sense. Way too expensive for a small envelope filled with 5 very small items.
