SoFi’s loan process was lightening fast and like no other. I applied and received my funds the very next day and couldn’t be happier with the affordable rates and terms offered. Their smooth, seamless, and speedy process meant less fuss and headache contrary to what I’ve experienced with some other lenders. Since consolidating my debts with SoFi my credit score has quickly jumped up and I couldn’t be happier with one affordable monthly payment vs. several high interest rate payments. Thanks again SoFi!

I was able to view many different offers without it effecting my credit score. Once I found the one that worked for me, it went very quickly and smoothly. I received the funds I applied for in three days. Very easy to set up auto-pay.

I guess I never expected it to be such an easy, smooth process, and a pretty good rate considering others I looked into, lot of them are more loan shark rates, but yeah so-fi is you want to deal with.

I am very happy with my account at sofi. I love every single part with one exception... I hate having to pay five bucks to deposit cash into my account! Frankly, I just can't afford to deposit cash! I am considering moving to another bank because they do not charge to make deposits.

I had a bit of trouble uploading documents to the website. A call to customer service and they helped to walk me through getting the documents uploaded and verified they had received all the necessary information. The wait time for approval was short. The only reason for the 4 star is because of the difficulty with the upload.

I applied for a simple personal loan and was pre approved. However, SoFi did a hard pull on my credit during the application BEFORE the ‘verifying my income’ section. There wasn’t a spot to put all of my sources of income , so I put my main source and then uploaded proof of all 3, then they took 5 DAYS to look over my paystub and benefit letters. After all that, I was denied .. my credit score in excellent and have no late payments.

This company is trash. I got approved for the same loan by another company the SAME DAY. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received from SoFi. It is simply unacceptable that your representatives are unable to assist with even the most basic requests, such as providing a simple reference letter. I have wasted countless hours trying to resolve this issue, only to be met with incompetence and indifference.

It is clear that SoFi does not value its customers or their time. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly advise anyone considering SoFi to think twice. There are plenty of other banks out there that actually care about their customers.

The whole process was easy. I get super uptight about running credit, but I felt at ease during this whole process. Multiple opportunities to reduce the interest rate too! The app is helpful with lots of information to keep an eye on your credit as well as opportunities for financing in the future.
