Jake West was helpful in sending the e-ticket and staying with me until I got my confirmation code. I really don’t like this company. They should have given me the confirmation code to begin with. This is not Jake’s fault.

Sam researched several options to provide a memorable vacation in South Carolina with my son traveling from Kentucky and me from Michigan. Sam was taxed with the challenge to get the least expensive flights with minimal layover time and have arrival times to our destination and departure flights home closely timed, so we could maximize our time together and share an Uber. Sam was extremely patient, professional, and accommodating, and treated the booking as if it was being made for his own family member. The booking was less than 24-hours from departure, which added more complexities, and Sam worked through them like a PRO! I greatly appreciate Sam and highly recommend his 5-star services.

I spoke with two of the reps: Kai and Roman. They are knowledgeable and VERY patient. Booking airline ticket through this company is a different experience. While I purchased a much cheaper ticket, I didn't realize what I bought. I was grateful they called to be sure I knew of the limitations of the ticket I purchased -- I did not know! They explained everything very well. And I ended up purchasing a different fare.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE DO NOT USE THEM BEWARE!!!
I booked with them on Saturday evening September 14th, 2024 and when I contacted them on chat today Sept. 15th, 2024 because I did not receive confirmation they said it was still processing and to check back I chatted with Zoey Walter and was told it was still in process so I went on line to find out this is a scam company and immediately contacted again and demanded they cancel and was told it could not be cancelled. I demanded it be cancelled because there was no way for me to do it without calling their scammer agents and told them I would not call their scammer agents and Zoey then responded and said my order was cancelled and to check my bank that NO charges were made. I took screen shots of our conversation as it was happening as proof this is being turned over to authorities.

Zoey did great with her part, so she deserves a high score. However, their website did not clearly portray the reason behind the discounted price for airline tickets. Basically, we bought tickets that did not allow us to bring luggage on a one-week trip! Something like that needs to be in BOLD, CAPS, and HIGHLIGHTED with a 'ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO BUY THESE TICKETS GIVEN THAT YOU CANNOT BRING LUGGAGE' pop-up before purchasing. We ended up having to upgrade, which cost us $400 more than if we had simply booked directly though the airline. Felt like I got scammed.

Bate and switch. They book your flight but YOU failed to notice on their website that it says, NO BAGS. That means not even carry-on. NO SEAT choices. And you will not receive an airlines confirmation number until 24-48 hrs before your flight.
SCAM. SWITCH and BATE.
