Only a tiny label on massive box informing of dry ice. Said bags containing dry ice tore wide open at even the slightest touch. Very dangerous shipping process/materials, especially if you are not the one that went through the purchase process. Like come on, at least provide a pair of gloves to at least pretend like you give a crap

Terrible customer service and shipping. Most of the time boxes arrive completely thawed. Not enough dry ice and insulation to keep food frozen. I can’t access my account ti cancel subscription. They only let you communicate via text or email. Scammers.

I’m delighted to have found high-quality food that both of my cats truly enjoy. One prefers cow and pig, while the other favors turkey and chicken. I also appreciate how easy it is to customize each delivery—adjusting the items, quantities, and delivery schedule is simple and convenient, especially when dealing with picky eaters. The variety of options available is fantastic.
Since using Smalls, I’ve only encountered one issue with a few missing items, but their customer service resolved it promptly and effortlessly. Mistakes happen, and they handled it smoothly without any hassle.

Smalls has been great for both of our cats. With their previous food they were leaving a lot of it behind. It was a waste. Our little senior girl has a thyroid condition and is on medication and has struggled with weight loss. Smalls opened up her appetite and she is gaining and doing much better and enjoys eating again. Our gentle big boy devours all of his food now and 'hopes' his sister leaves a little of hers for him to 'clean up'. They are thriving on this food and we couldn't be happier that they are healthy eaters now!

We were in a bad place with two senior cats that needed soft food but the older cat had developed digestive problems and seemed to either dislike or be allergic to every canned food we tried. Until we tried Smalls. He can’t eat the fish, but he loves the other flavors and his poops are great! Gertie's favorite is beef. The staff at Smalls are awesome too. Very responsive to special needs.

I tried Smalls out on a whim, I believe I found them via Instagram and my cat absolutely loves the food. He's a special needs cat, geriatric, and has to have a very specific diet. Smalls ticked all those boxes. I supplement with frozen raw and sometimes canned if he starts getting a little bored (he can only eat the smalls turkey due to allergies).
Many comment on the price but I find it comparable to the other high-quality cat foods that I can find locally.
I've only had one issue in the last year and a half I've been ordering from them and that was someone put the wrong protein in the box, but I was quickly refunded for that.
If the price point isn't a problem, I recommend their product, especially to anyone with an older cat or a cat with special needs.

My cat loves Smalls, specifically loves the chicken and other bird flavors! We have been using Smalls for about a year now and will def continue to do so!
We noticed such an improvement in the quality of his coat and how little the litter box smells.

The true measure of the quality of a business is how they handle customer service when something doesn't work out right. I had some problems cancelling my trial generated subscription on their website. Smalls team stepped up with quick responses and spent the extra time and effort to fix my issue. My cancellation was in no way a reflection against their very fine line of products but due to a finicky 17 year old that likes to lick at his bowl all day instead of having a meal. I don't hesitate to recommend Smalls to all cat owners and I am still working with my cat Al to have him eat a meal instead of grazing lightly all day. Thanks again Smalls a true leader in the care and concern for your cat every meal,every day.

My last order arrived without ice and the food was thawed. I reached out to Smalls customer service, and after about four days, they apologized and sent me a new batch of food. I really appreciate their excellent customer service.

I ordered smalls after seeing the ads on the subway. I have a senior cat (14 years old) who is a picky eater. As she is getting older, I want her to have higher quality food to keep her spry. She loves her smalls. I give her the chicken options but might start trying some of the other proteins later. I think the only sorta bad part is the packaging can be a little messy. I ordered their smalls glass container and that helps keep things organized. It's just different if you are used to years of cans.

Our 15+ year old cat was not eating and we had tried every cat food on the market. My daughter discovered Smalls and I ordered the sample pack. Miss Kitty loved it, is now eating, has gained weight and is back to her "old" self. Highly recommend. Order arrives as scheduled and if I have a question, it is always answered promptly.

The food is excellent and has changed 1 of 6 of my cats health significantly. Smalls food is liked and eaten by all 6 of my cats ranging from 1.5 yrs old to 12 years. Smalls food helped me regain my Megacolon cat's health and bowel movements. Smalls food also makes their letterbox smell less. My cats like the variety but definitely have their favorites. Bring back freezed dried treats!!

I have an extreme picky 3 yr old Tabby~who I LOVE-picked her up@8 weeks….was the only kitten who wasn’t a Maine Coon~the lady raised Maine Coons, perhaps that’s why Asia is the way she is when it comes to eating~I am so impressed w/Smalls Customer Service~the food looks, smells exceptional~no fillers ect, received my sampler box a few days, impressive presentation w/everything enclosed in the box-literature ect…came frozen~nicely packed~having trouble w/her, trying to transition to eat-nothing new~ as far as SMALLS cat food goes…BEST looking, smelling cat food I’ve come across in 3yrs~I’ve spent so much money on reg price-very expensive cat foods~dry/wet food~really hoping Asia meow, will adjust to this food- heck, if I was a cat…Happy Days! Well worth the try~ I sincerely believe every other cat would love this food and she might come around. She’s just had issues with eating from the get-go. I've been feeding my two Persian girls SMALLs now for several months - it's made an amazing difference in their poo. Previously they were raw food eaters, and their were litter box and the occasional vomiting issues. I researched online for independent sites reviewing cat food, and though not a ton of options (like there are for dogs!), Small's consistently ranked high, so I decided to try it. It took my cats about a week to transition, and we're all happy campers. Sure it's expensive, but the convenience of their shipping, website, and my girl's health is worth it!

Smalls saved our cat’s life. Our 12-year-old cat was having major health problems. She was vomiting and having diarrhea every day for weeks. We couldn’t figure out what was going on. She lost a lot of weight and we thought we were going to lose her. We were already feeding her high-dollar organic grain free food. We tried every other food out there and she just wasn’t getting any better and kept losing weight. We switched to smalls and within 2 weeks she had completely stopped vomiting and having diarrhea and she started to out her weight back on. We haven’t looked back sense. She has been eating smalls for about a year and is healthier and livelier than ever. We are so so grateful to smalls.

I love using Smalls for my cat Tuna (4). I have never seen her so excited to eat her food and this wet food has helped cure some of her allergies which we realized was coming from grain-based dry food. I love the variety, the packaging, the convenience. I have recommended this company to every cat-owner I know!

My cats love this food. I had a very old kitty who, at the end of her life, started getting very picky about her food--but she would eat Smalls! My two younger ones are still on it now. They're obsessed with the treats too! I've noticed improvements in the shipping logistics over the year+ I have been a customer (better packing, better ship timing, etc.). But throughout, their service has been outstanding and communicative. I was worried about using a meal service, since I had no experience with anything like this. But it's so easy, and I have no plans to cancel.
