Recieved Faulty Item, No Refund
As a frequent customer, I was disappointed with my recent purchase of the Outdoor Woven Pant. The pants arrived with a noticeable, unremovable stain, which was unacceptable given the $50 price tag. Contacting customer service was equally frustrating - they initially offered only a 15% refund, which felt inadequate. Eventually, they increased it to 25%, but by then, the entire experience had left a sour taste in my mouth. The stain remains a glaring issue, and I'm reluctant to wear the pants. Unfortunately, their poor handling of this situation reflects poorly on their overall customer service, and I've since learned they have a reputation for treating faulty products in this manner.
